12-29-2010, 10:30 PM #3We know that, but many Americans have not yet made that connection - probably because their local media refuse to make it. That's certainly the case in the Bay Area, where the Chronicle's owners run OpEd Article after OpEd article about the benefits of Open Borders and the meanness of pro-Americans - and not one word about illegals undercutting Americans.

I was thinking the same thing. The top 3 are all massively effected by illegals, and healthcare is debatable just how much it would make a difference but still suggests enough of a difference to do away with illegals. Of course effects the others as well.

The aforementioned KGTV report, Illegal Immigration Could Cost Taxpayers Trillions, notes: "The National Academy of Sciences estimated that each immigrant will result in a $100,000 net annual cost to taxpayers." If that is the case then illegal immigrants are costing the country TRILLIONS of dollars, which is, of course, the point of the KGTV report.
This may help shed some light!
