Illegal immigration will end, thanks to robots/automation

Illegal immigration, i.e. low productivity labor, does not benefit us in any way. The United States has the highest productivity level in its history and we have the most productive work force ever in the history of the earth. High productivity stems from creative thinking and from high level jobs, automation and increased efficiency. We have gotten here because of robitics and automation and the elimination of un-skilled labor jobs.

The real way that illegal immigrants have hurt our economy in south-western states is our lag in progress. We are behind the rest of the country in automation technology. There are less automatic self serve car washes, self check out lines in stores and self order kiosks in fast food restaurants. But they are showing up. These things are the enemy if you are an illegal alien. They are the first of a revolution that will change our economy unlike anything in the history of humanity. The robot revolution. Microsoft just jumped on board the revolution about 2 year ago and look for things to accelerate. Here's how it works:

All jobs that illegals hold are replacable by machines. Robots/self serve kiosks can:
    1. mow the lawn (companies offer this already)
    2. vacuum the floor (irobot roomba) or clean the house
    3. allow you to buy gas without dealing with a human.
    4. allow you to get money out of the bank without help, ATMs
    4. allow you to check yourself out in a grocery store, gas station, etc
    5. construct houses and buildings
    6. look after babies and children
    7. collect trash from house to house or off the side of the roads.

As you can see, many jobs held by illegals will vanish. Many americans will also have to move to higher level jobs, and an increase in unemployment may occur. This will only increase the need to deport them. For a while as jobs are removed the removal of illegal aliens will allow americans to still find jobs. We cannot stop the robot/automation industry and if we tried to limit it Japan would take our place as the most power nation on earth. We have to adapt, seek education, move up and remove all our extra unnecessary labor.

Right now automation is just on the verge of becoming cheaper than illegal labor. When it does automation will explode around the south-western states and illegals will have to ask for less money in order to compete with machines. Automation will become cheaper and illegals will have to ask for less and less until one day an illegal won't even be able to make as much money as a typical job in mexico, thus ending the problem.

Automation for agrarian jobs. We don't need AgJobs we need AgAutomation.

Seriously, there is a machine that can pick tomatoes. I bet there is one for strawberries too.

There is no such thing as a cotton picker any more because it is more efficiently done by a machine.

Automation will also provide services that are in very short supply. For example if you ever noticed all the trash all over the sides of the roads and train tracks. I mean there is trash everywhere. Our economy will never allow us to clean it up completely with human labor. We'll need robots to do that and here in San Antonio I've seen illegals being used to do it.
