Illegal Mexicans' criminal records ignored by U.S. employers
I just though of this while reading an article on American Border Patrol.
Just think of it, all of the illegals who are detained by our border patrol and border state police, who have previous AND NEW criminal arrest records stemming from their run ins with our American law enforcement must get NEW identities once they reach our American cities, otherwise their employers would know about their criminal past?
Or the other scenario is that OUR American companies are outright IGNORING the criminal records for illegal mexicans and OTM's and scrutinizing ONLY AMERICAN worker criminal records.
Has anyone ever parsed this out before? This is really a smoking gun if we can bring it up to a sympathetic washington ear? Or is it?"There's no such thing as ILLEGALalien-able rights!" REGRESO E MEXICO !

I think it is fair to raise that as a concern.
It seems to be a case of "don't ask, don't tell".
The operative theory being: "well, as long as they work for me, and don't cause problems, well, everything else is ok". I don't buy into that crap. One good reason why, is that Americans when applying to many jobs get scrutinized [background checked] vary rigorously. Even if it were possible to do so with IAs [assuming accurate records were available in the home country, etc.], I would guess that most employers just glaze over the subject... This truly does help to create a disposable underclass of workers.
It's not good for the workers themselves, it's not good for the 'legit' workers [eg. US citizens/legal residents] that have to compete for those same jobs,.. the only, yes only group of people this is good for is the employers themselves.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Just ask service cos & contractors if they do criminal background
checks on employees entering your home. If they don't call
back, they have illegals & if they say no, you really don't want
to use them. I cannot imagine any illegal passing or willing to
submit to one.

We need to start putting employers in prison like the guy who was harboring the Ukranian people and letting them use his address. He is going to prison for one year, fined $500,000, his assets have been frozen, and the company shut down, and his wife is probably going to be deported.
