Illegal Votes = Stolen Elections: Plenty of it Going Around, Too..

Voter ID laws simply must be put in place and voting must be watched like a hawk or this country will be run by those who are willing to commit voter fraud. Of course I’m talking about Democrats – when was the last time you read a story about illegal voting that didn’t involve the left?
Whether it’s ACORN or any other organization encouraging and engaging in illegal voting, they must be taken down. We must all be James O’Keefe and Project Veritas – exposing voter fraud where it happens:

Clearly, the left is doing all they can to say Voter ID laws are racist because THEY NEED ILLEGAL VOTES TO WIN. The left will scream that none of it is going on, but read what Judicial Watch has found (BELOW)
A new academic study shows foreign nationals have been in a position to help Democrats steal elections. In fact, the study demonstrates that is likely that President Obama won the presidency thanks to non-citizens illegally voting for him in 2008. On top of that stunning conclusion, the study also concludes that “non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress.”

We have Obamacare because of election fraud. We have Dodd-Frank because of election fraud. We have Solyndra because of election fraud. Without the election fraud that put Obama in office, there’d be no lawless amnesty for illegal aliens, no Operation Fast and Furious, no Obama IRS assault on Americans.

Uou can draw your own conclusion from the alarming assessment that comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), which is operated by teams of researchers from across the country. Non-citizens are inclined to support Democrat candidates – and President Obama – pulled in more than 80 percent of the vote from non-citizens in 2008, according to CCES. There were enough ineligible voters to cast ballots in the 2008 election cycle to pull out Democratic victories in close elections nationwide.

The results of the CCES study show how serious this problem has become. The non-citizen vote was large enough to account for Democrat victories in a few close elections, according to a Washington Post article written by two of the political science professors who authored the study.

Voter ID laws makes perverse sense. The Democratic candidates mostly favored by the left are the biggest beneficiaries of voter fraud. In this coming Tuesday’s mid-term elections, American citizens may have another election stolen from them – again – in North Carolina. In North Carolina officials have found at least 145 illegal aliens who are still in the country as a result of Obama’s lawless amnesty and are registered to vote.

And there is little doubt that these votes helped put Obama into the presidency. The study notes “it is likely though by no means certain that John McCain would have won North Carolina were it not for the votes for Obama cast by non-citizens.” North Carolina’s Electoral College votes were the difference between Obama’s winning and losing the presidency.

You know that in close, competitive elections voter fraud can make the difference between the rule by law and rule by fraud. That’s why we are sending a team of lawyers and volunteer observers to New Hampshire on Election Day as part of our Election Integrity Project.

In the Granite State, citizens have a right to monitor elections so long as they do so unobtrusively. The Judicial Watch Election Integrity Protection program in New Hampshire will be lead and supervised by JW attorney Robert D. Popper. Popper is well-equipped to do so, as he is the former deputy chief of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Voting Rights Section. While serving in this capacity, Popper oversaw numerous DOJ election supervision efforts where DOJ attorneys and other staff members observed polling places. During our time in New Hampshire next week, our team of lawyers and volunteers will simply observe and document the election process – and won’t be making any voter challenges or engaging election officials.

Bob Popper explained our New Hampshire poll watching effort succinctly:

We will be there to silently observe and record whether state and federal election laws are faithfully followed. Judicial Watch is particularly interested in whether the requirements for voter ID are followed. We will also focus on whether those who want to both register and vote on Election Day are held to proof-of-identity requirements under New Hampshire law. Having supervised precisely these kinds of Election Day monitoring operations for the U.S. Department of Justice, I can say election monitoring deters fraud and reassures honest voters and election officials.

To put it plainly: the Left plans to sow confusion on Election Day. Unfortunately, the Obama Justice Department’s unhinged attacks on voter ID show that it cannot be trusted to ensure clean elections in November. So, in the key state of New Hampshire, once again this job falls to Judicial Watch. We are pleased to launch this pilot election monitoring program in 2014 in New Hampshire. Our attorneys and citizen volunteers will be using the same guidelines that guide the behavior for Department of Justice elections observers.

Now: Could control of the Senate in 2014 be decided by illegal votes cast by non-citizens? Of course – if enough of them vote! And a non-partisan study out of Harvard concludes just that. You remember Harvard, right?

Most non-citizens do not register, let alone vote. But enough do that their participation can change the outcome of close races.

Our data comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES). Its large number of observations (32,800 in 2008 and 55,400 in 2010) provide sufficient samples of the non-immigrant sub-population, with 339 non-citizen respondents in 2008 and 489 in 2010. For the 2008 CCES, we also attempted to match respondents to voter files so that we could verify whether they actually voted.

How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections.

Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.

The majority of Americans are conservative so if the liberals are to ever win they must by necessity fix the outcome of the Elections. Obviously the ridiculous argument that it is somehow racist to show one’s ID to vote, is designed to maintain the status quo of Election fixing through voter registration fraud, absentee ballots and the corruptible electronic voting machines..
