The illegals are marching again on Feb. 28th in Phoenix, AZ
This time they march in protest against law enforcement using
DHS’s 287 (g) provision and of Sheriff Joe’s
enforcement of immigration laws. Here are the facts about Joe and 287(g):


Arizona’s 287(g) program is working as intended.
Parents who come to the US illegally are RESPONSIBLE for breaking up their family when they are caught and deported. They can take their children back with them if they chose.
NO federal investigation was initiated after Mayor Gorden filed a complaint against Sheriff Joe in 2008
DHS’s 287(g) program is one of the most successful parts of the Unites States immigration laws.
Arpaio has not violated the 287(g) agreement.
Not a single firsthand complaint involving ICE-trained officers in Arizona has been filed with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General or any other investigative agency.
Some legal immigrants have been detained under the 287(g)program, but in every case, ICE determined they weren’t carrying their green cards as required.
The debate is over. People who enter this country illegally or overstay their visit, will have to return to their country of origin.

Hey, isn't Phoenix ranked second in the world for the most kidnappings? And aren't kidnappings a federal offense? I hope the FBI is out in droves.

Everyone needs to call ICE and all local law enforcement that are involved in the 287(g) program and demand that they be present at the "protest" and arrest these criminals that are not only here illegally, but are also illegally protesting OUR laws and government policies. They cannot do that under our Constitution! If ICE makes their presence known there early on, it will curtail this sort of activity before it gets started.

Locals need to show up with video cameras and picketers with signs demanding that immigration law enforcement be present and working on that day, in that area. WE PAY THEIR SALARIES!!
