10-28-2007, 07:31 AM #11He's very lucky he was offered $10,000. He needs to take the money and run. I don't think he understands that you can't f with the government.
They keep playing out this story over and over, trying to show how heartless the Americans are and hopeing we will give his money back. Sorry dude, you broke the law and it cost you $49,000. The reason he was able to save the money was because he was living off our tax payers money. The heck with him.Its our money he stole from us.It should be used to help clean up the mess he left behind in our desert.

This man committed so many crimes. First he wasn't even supposed to be in this country...he BROKE OUR LAWS by coming over our border illegally. Next, he wasn't supposed to be working here...he was illegal and probably used a fake SS card. And third, he tried to sneak the money onto an airplane and out of the country (also illegal if the amount is over $10,000).
I say let's give that $59,000 to Sheriff Joe so he can buy more tents!Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

I wonder...
a). How is the lawyer going to be paid?
and/or
b). If the lawyer is provided as part of state criminal defense attorneys (eg. is taxpayer supported)... now, that would be the financial double-whammy, now wouldn't it?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Proving once again that illegals don't want to become citizens, they just want to reap the benefits and then take the money back to their country.
