Okay...It's one thing to bailout the banks, or give bonus checks to AIG, but I have to draw the line when the Obama administration says they are going to give taxpayer dollars to people once held at Gitmo.

If it's not bad enough that our "Clueless in Chief" closed Gitmo without a plan with what to do with the remaining 200 plus detainees, now his people say he's going to release some as "free men" on US soil and give them money to live on.

I swear, every morning I wake up, read the headlines, and wonder what country I'm living in!

What in the world is going on with this administration?

Terror inmates may be released in US: intel chief

President Barack Obama's intelligence chief confirmed Thursday that some Guantanamo inmates may be released on US soil and receive assistance to return to society.

"If we are to release them in the United States, we need some sort of assistance for them to start a new life," said National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair at his first press conference.

"You can't just put them on the street," he added.

Come on! There's doing the opposite of Bush, and then there's just being completely crazy, and possibly endangering the lives of Americans.

How could a US President, after 9-11, think that giving welfare to former Gitmo detainees be an idea that would fly with the American people?

For that matter, how could a sitting American President think about closing Gitmo?

Does anyone else think that Obama is actually trying to destroy America?

Yes, I think he's trying to destroy America.
I'm not saying he wasn't really born in Hawaii, but there is a reason why Presidents must be "American born".

Yes I believe, and always did believe, that his purpose was to destroy us. So far, he's performing his own '911' right here. Just look what he's done already in less than 100 days... And what ticks me off more, is that our own citizens that knew about this guy, his past and present, voted for him anyway! THANK'S ALOT! If possable I would bring charges against them for treason! ...
Obama's concerned about the freed terrorists being on the street, and granting them 'assistance to get by?' HEY LUNATIC, THERE'S OUR OWN CITIZENS LIVING ON THE STREET AND IN TENT CITIES!

SERIOUSLY!....What is any different then freeing these criminals and enemies of our country into the general population and caring for them as it is allowing illegal aliens into our country literally by the millions and caring for them as well. I see no difference between the two. They are all criminals and they are all invaders!

AND THEY ALL NEED DEPORTED BACK TO THEIR LOVING COUNTRIES!

Wait until he starts giving them US citizenship! You KNOW this will be part of the plan to integrate them back into society! I have a feeling this was his plan all along and closing Gitmo was simply the first step!

Gee I thought Bush was bad... I was anxiously counting the days until Bush was out of office. Now with Obama in office, it's like being on a Roller Coaster Ride everyday. We are getting closer to some place I don't want to go... I just can't get rid of that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach!
