I wish all those pro illegal idiots lived in my old neighborhood for a while. It is easy to be for something when it doesn't affect you personally.

An upcoming report from the Immigration Policy Center further dispels the notion that immigration and crime are connected. Using data from the 2000 Census, the report shows that immigrants are less likely than the native-born to be behind bars. Among men age 18 to 39 (who comprise the vast majority of inmates in federal and state prisons and local jails), immigrants were five times less likely to be incarcerated than the native-born in 2000.

Ah, yes - how clever. The self-referential citation... of course your study is going to substantiate your claim or point of view.

Well, one thing I'll say, is this little report, article, whatever you want to call it, is one of the most skewed and deceptive articles (in terms of quoting statistics, outlining methodology, etc. ) this viewer has seen...

Apparently, this guy never got his identity stolen. I hate when people defend individuals that knowingly break our laws. I can gurantee that we would never get away with this in Mexico. Besides, when is the last time you heard of an American killing someone by dragging them by a rope behind a car? Even our criminals are more humane than that.

I am one of those unaccounted for stats on illegals commiting crimes, or at least their anchor babies. Ogden, Utah 1980 on the front lawn at school I was nearly gang raped by six hispanics (students). My clothes were half off, when two teachers ran out and rescued me. A week later when I went back to the same Shit hole school a large portion, but not all of the hispanic students continued to taunt me. I asked them "why they hated me so much?" I had never done nor said anything to any of them. I was just a poor, shy, blonde headed white girl living in poverity with my German immigrant mother who made minimum wage and supported us without welfare. My father was U.S.A.F when he met her and they married. 16yrs later he devorced her and left us in hell. Sorry for the rambling Anyway the kids replied >>>>
"Because your White" I'm talking about pre-teen aged kids with that much hate and we know it came from their parents. We can't blame T.V or the internet on that one. The attitude continued through all of school and only got worse. Eventually my Mom realized I may not live to see my twenties and used a friends address across town to get me registered at a better school. I took public transportation with two transfers to go to school.
We all have horror stories. I'm sick and tired hearing about minorities and how bad they have it. It's CRAP! I'm the minority. Lets fix things one letter at a time. One protest at a time.

Welcome Leah. Sorry to hear about all of that. When people are treated in such a way, by others, all because of hatred of race, it is horrible, and must have been for you.

We hope you will stay with us and help us fight this invasion of illegal aliens. Be prepared though, when we fight the socialistic propaganda, they try to fight us with charges of racism, and of other ridiculous accussations, be prepared.

The truth is something the Open Borders Lobby (we call them OBLer's) do not want us to speak out on, and they have and will try any means of silencing us they can.

I`m sorry to hear that this happened to you. Was this ever reported?
Hispanic hate groups and Anti American groups are showing up everywhere.
I don`t think the illegals realize what they`re actually doing by displaying demonstrations and marches demanding rights they don`t deserve.
But the more they do this, the more they`re showing their true colors and
displaying the hate they have for the citizens of this country.
I just hope and pray that our Government wakes up before it`s too late to do anything.

About 3.5 percent of native-born men were in prison

Say what?

We have roughly 2 million people in prison in America of which the vast majority are male.

The American population level is roughly 300 million with around 40 million foreign born of which over half are now here illegally.

Assuming about half of the 260 million native born Americans are male, that takes us to 130 million native born males.

Even if we assumed that every single person in American prisons were native born males at 2 million that would only make about 1.5%

These are rough numbers on my part, but from the looks of it...

That 3.5% of native born males are in prison is a crock!

3.5% of native born male Americans in prison would give us a prison population of over 4.55 million before the foreign born prisoners were even counted!

WASHINGTON – While the military "quagmire" in Iraq was said to tip the scales of power in the U.S. midterm elections, most Americans have no idea more of their fellow citizens – men, women and children – were murdered this year by illegal aliens than the combined death toll of U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan since those military campaigns began.

Though no federal statistics are kept on murders or any other crimes committed by illegal aliens, a number of groups have produced estimates based on data collected from prisons, news reports and independent research.
Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That's 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001.

Total U.S. troop deaths in Iraq as of last week were reported at 2,863. Total U.S. troop deaths in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan during the five years of the Afghan campaign are currently at 289, according to the Department of Defense. (Story continues below)


But the carnage wrought by illegal alien murderers represents only a fraction of the pool of blood spilled by American citizens as a result of an open border and un-enforced immigration laws.

While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers – for another annual death toll of 4,745. That's 23,725 since Sept. 11, 2001.

[b]While no one – in or out of government – tracks all U.S. accidents caused by illegal aliens, the statistical and anecdotal evidence suggests many of last year's 42,636 road deaths involved illegal aliens. [/b

A report by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Study found 20 percent of fatal accidents involve at least one driver who lacks a valid license. In California, another study showed that those who have never held a valid license are about five times more likely to be involved in a fatal road accident than licensed drivers.

Statistically, that makes them an even greater danger on the road than drivers whose licenses have been suspended or revoked – and nearly as dangerous as drunk drivers.

King also reports eight American children are victims of sexual abuse by illegal aliens every day – a total of 2,920 annually.

Based on a one-year in-depth study, Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute of Atlanta estimates there are about 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States who have had an average of four victims each. She analyzed 1,500 cases from January 1999 through April 2006 that included serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides and child molestation committed by illegal immigrants.

As the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. increases, so does the number of American victims.

According to Edwin Rubenstien, president of ESR Research Economic Consultants, in Indianapolis in 1980, federal and state correctional facilities held fewer than 9,000 criminal aliens. But at the end of 2003, approximately 267,000 illegal aliens were incarcerated in all U.S. jails and prisons.

While the federal government doesn't track illegal alien murders, illegal alien rapes or illegal alien drunk driving deaths, it has studied illegal aliens incarcerated in U.S. prisons.

In April 2005, the Government Accountability Office released a report on a study of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003. It found the following:

The 55,322 illegal aliens studied represented a total of 459,614 arrests – some eight arrests per illegal alien;
Their arrests represented a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses – some 13 offenses per illegal alien;
36 percent had been arrested at least five times before.
"While the vast majority of illegal aliens are decent people who work hard and are only trying to make a better life for themselves and their families, (something you or I would probably do if we were in their place), it is also a fact that a disproportionately high percentage of illegal aliens are criminals and sexual predators," states Peter Wagner, author of a new report called "The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration." "That is part of the dark side of illegal immigration and when we allow the 'good' in we get the 'bad' along with them. The question is, how much 'bad' is acceptable and at what price?"

No, it was never reported. The school felt “they are just kids." I think they were afraid of the parents and gangs in the area retaliating against them and me. The 80’s in Ogden, Utah was and still is a breeding ground for this. Now we are paying the price for ignoring the problem. The statistics on Illegal’s, Gangs, Murder per capita, birth rate to unwed girls, drugs and percentage of people on welfare per capita is horrifying. Ogden is close to the top of the list on all of these issues.
To top it off, after the "Trolley Square Shooting" our Democratic Salt Lake County Mayor Rocky Anderson called for gun control and taking away concealed carry permits. What a piece of work. He is one of politicans that voted to lower the minimum age on hunters to 12yrs old. What were they thinking? The killer used a shot gun which is legal for a twelve year old to carry. How ironic
