    Actually immigration is a basic human right but it is also subject to government regulation. In the U S the problem is lack of enforcement of the immigration laws. All 194 countries in the world have at least some immigration laws. Most of them enforce them.

    That's not how this guy looks at it, if anyone in the world wants to move and live here they are then an immigrant, doesn't matter what US law says. To him there is no difference between legal or illegal.

    You might remind Tom Hoover that Denver's other daily newspaper, "The Rocky Mountain News", printed its last edition last week after over 150 years in business. Perhaps his own job is not as secure as he thinks even though he may be personally multi-lingual, multi-ethnic, multi-talented, and superb at multi-tasking.
