I just learned that a Superhighway is currently being built to connect Canada, Mexico and the United States and is Foreign owned. This is similar to the Chicago Skyway that is owned by Spain. Anyone who recieved a ticket on these privately owned highways can sue the cities, States concerned. Police and highway patrol cannot legally issue tickets, for privately owned freeways. It would take a security force, hired by the private owners to enforce regulation. Taxpayers pay for police protection! Nor should taxpayers have to pay taxes to support it for repairs. It would be the private concern of the owner. One other thing that erodes our infrastructure and security, similar to the Port situation. See the Clinton Papers!

Many do not know that the recent Bans in disciplining children, Free Speech Rights being abridged are all bills that are nearly exact duplicates of the laws in the EC. It is surprising Jackson-Lee actually proposed a bill. It is not surprising it is a negative, hypocritical, and destructive one.
