What can the Minutemen do to get NATIONAL coverage again?

1.Announce they will start arresting illegal aliens?
2.Fly the LARGEST AMERICAN FLAG?
3. Build a makeshift wall with all the MURDERS done by illegal aliens, with YELLOW RIBBONS for adults, Pink and Blue ribbons for children murdered by illegal aliens?
4. Do a large Billboard with 4 million figures represented on it, representing the 4 million Illegal aliens THAT break into the country.
5 Have a huge banner that reads 4 million x 10 years = 40 million more illegals when will it end?
They need to step up the publicity. They need CONGRESSMEN to show up in Texas next time. They need OFF DUTY law enforcement/national guard next time.

What are some good national news getting ideas?

Get all organization against illegal immigration to march in Washington a week before the elections! That might send a message! I know I would go!

CC, I''m w/ you. I would love to see a march on DC by American citizens, with numbers in the 100k+ range. I would gladly take a loan out to cover travel expenses, etc. in order to show my support. Call me crazy, but I really think this is what Congress needs to get moving.

The May 1st immigrant march woke allot of people up to the immigration problem. So wouldn't a peaceful march of American citizens accomplish more?
I agree blast faxing, sending bricks, etc. is a good way to get their attention, but I really feel something more dramatic (stated above) would really shake things up. It would cement the message we're sending now that 'Americans are tired and fed up w/ our government, and we want something done now."

Sometimes it takes a slap in the face, splashing cold water on their face, etc. in order to wake someone up.

Would be a nice visual for many too see.

They need to run commericals with pictures of the devistation that has happened to neighborhoods the illegals have moved into. They need to show the faces of people be they white, black, asian, or even hispanic who have been victimized by illegals. All different people who have one thing in common and that is they are Americans. Show what is happeneing to America on our own level. Have comments by ranchers along the border and show what has happened to the entire nation. Show things that matter to us that are being dissolved bit by bit. Expose the DREAM act for what it is. Mention the whole thing about Social Security and forged documents. Show La Raza for what they are which is the Mexican KKK.

Also, expose the Mexican governement's hypocrisy and how they seal their Souther borders but expect ours to be opened. Show that they won't give up cop killers and baby rapers. Show the inside of their prisons and how they treat their illegal aliens and then show comments of Vicente Fox towards our so called anti-humane treatment of illegals. Show we are the good guys and above them.

Arizona, I agree with that. They need to put all the clips of all the videos of the pick up sites, and all the trash scattered throughout the desert, and clips from the Cochise County video.

I really think this is the extreme the American people are going to have to take to wake up our officials.

A month before the election, there will be a Minuteman Project (not Minuteman Civil Defense Corps) border watch in one of the most dangerous areas on the Mexican border. Shootings and deaths are virtually guaranteed in this no-man's land.

It may take murders of American patriots on video to awaken sleeping America to what is already happening.

Yes, thats what Im talking about. the Minutemen are 'old news' as they did not turn out to be gun toting country bumpkins with a chip on thier shoulders, yet are still portrayed (stereotyped) as such....

So they will need to BUMP UP THE PRESSURE!!! What can they ANNOUNCE they are going to DO to get media coverage

OTHERWISE, the media will ignore them.....
