Welcome, PintoBean, we're proud to have you with us. You said a lot very true things about how we have to support ALIPAC and do what I call the "real work", faxing, emailing, like right now getting William's article posted all over the country so as many people as possible can read it.

No Illegals:

Trust me, I have those NUMBERS memorized...things got so bad, that the Chief of Police came personally to my house when I told him I would use whatever force was necessary to detain trepassers if the police were not willing to do their jobs.

We have square footage laws in this town, the city does not enforce them when it comes to illegals. The property in question has a STACK of zoning violations against it, and nothing is done...meanwhile, because they know I can afford it, they drag me and other citizens up before the zoning board for the most minor of violations, because we ARE EASY FINES.

We have a local McDonald's over by the A&P, and every morning you can take a drive down there and see anywhere from 40-80 illegal aliens milling about hoping for work, yet NOTHING is done to arrest a one of them.

Last year, these illegals threw the snow from their driveway up onto the private walkway along the side of my house...I went out, told them not to do it, and shovel the snow back from whence it came...I WAS ARRESTED FOR TREPASS, and though I successfully litigated the criminal case, it illustrates the half assed backwards approach in Peekskill to our ever growing illegal aliend problem.

In the spring and summer time, they have taken over the soccer field at our local city park, even though they do not contribute to its upkeep, but do you think some evening or Sunday afternoon the INS could sponsor a raid on the park...NOT A CHANCE, I have tried.

As I said when I introduced myself, this fight is PERSONAL.

If the police don't want to do their jobs then they can quit, remember the next time illegals come onto your yard call 911. Keep after them, everytime you see something suspicious call the police, child protective services, etc.

Have you or anybody else contacted other gov. officals such as assemblymen, congressmen, freeholders, etc.? That might be more effective.

I live in Nuevo Jersey and in my town everything is Mexico...

Hello PintoBean. I am familiar with you from other areas. Admirably, I might add. And I swear I thought you were a woman. Sorry about that.

I know you have been fighting hard and I know you, like thousands of others, are very frustrated over this glorious mess our government has made for us. Hopefully, we can all keep on fighting side by side, one letter, one phone call, one nasty gram, one convincing post at a time. Hopefully, one day we will be victorious. I hope that day comes soon. Don't you?

LOL...yes, and old soldier of the wars here as they say...I'll give up the good fight when they bury my cold stiff body six feet under, and even then will try to figure out a way to haunt a few folks.

I think eventually we will win, but what I question, is what cost? I watched the riots in France today over a far less serious issue, and wonder if our politicians will drive us to that extreme in seeking justice for middle class Americans...time will tell, but eventually we shall win this war, and move onto another waiting in the wings.

Yes, that day will come...though, at times, have to admit it would be a lot easier on a case by case basis to do my talking on the business end of my double barrel betsy...

Seriously, one would think the solution as plain as the nose on our faces. Pass the legislation, make helping and illegal, hiring and illegal or being and illegal alien a felony, and then spend about two years seriously enforcing the laws, deporting people, and filling up our prisons, and then there would be no problem. Unfortunately, that would mean our politicians actually LISTENING to us, and protecting our interests.
