I would respond to this disgusting crap, but I think I would be banned from this site. That's how mad this POS makes me just reading this.

I think I heard it on Lou Dobbs, but it was said that if the supervisors were at the scene, it only had to be a VERBAL report, so it WAS reported, verbally. They didn't have to do anything else.

Sutton is such a scumbag. How does someone like that sleep at night?

Sutton was sent to south Texas from a cushy job in the justice dept. This was a step down for him. Which makes you wonder why Bush's "dear friend" was demoted, UNLESS, as Roger Hedgecock opined today, there was a mission and that was to show Pres. Fox that the civil rights of illegals would be protected and this was a test case. So he's on a mission from the White House??!!

any agent who fires his or her weapon CAN NOT make a written report.
it would violate their FIFTH amendment rights. the person who is suppose to write the reports of weapons being fired are supervisors.
the supervisors in this case apparently did not want to spend FIVE hours of their own time (without being paid) to file the proper paperwork

Re: Johnny Sutton Interviewed by Glenn Beck

I can't bear to look at or listen to slimy Sutton anymore. Even worse, Bush and Sutton are joined at the hip. I hope Congress is able to get the agents out of jail soon.

Right! It is being done to help protect the "drug corridor" and human trafficking corridor.
