EX-BORDER AGENTS: Mexican Immigrant Tsunami Is ‘Orchestrated’

    By Clash Daily / 12 June 2014 / 0 comments

A group of former Border Patrol agents are coming out to claim that the federal government is purposefully arranging for immigrant children to come to America. See below from WND:
An organization of former Border Patrol agents Wednesday charged that the federal government, under the administration of President Obama, is deliberately arranging for a flood of immigrant children to arrive in America for political purposes.
“This is not a humanitarian crisis. It is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes,” said the statement released by the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.

“Certainly, we are not gullible enough to believe that thousands of unaccompanied minor Central American children came to America without the encouragement, aid and assistance of the United States government,” the officers said.

“Anyone that has taken two six- to seven-year-old children to an amusement park can only imagine the problems associated with bringing thousands of unaccompanied children that age up through Mexico and into the United States.”

BS ON THE BORDER: Crisis Leaves Border Unprotected, Cartels ‘In Control’

    By Clash Daily / 12 June 2014

According to Breitbart, due to the large amounts of immigrants crossing into the U.S. from south of the border, the Customs and Border Patrol agency is not able to provide the security it should and that due to that, the cartels have begun to control the flow of people. See below:
HOUSTON, Texas–The massive influx of adults and minors crossing into the U.S. from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador has brought the Customs and Border Protection agency (CPB) past its capacity to provide security at the U.S./Mexico border, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC).

In an interview with Breitbart Texas, NBPC Vice President Shawn Moran revealed that the Mexican cartels control the flow of illegal immigrants across Mexico through the monopoly on coyotes, otherwise known as human smugglers. “Mexican cartels are exploiting this crisis to get their shipments through. They know our schedules, our shifts, our manpower, and how we react to these situations,” said Vice President Moran.

“The cartels control the flow of people from south of our border. The coyotes are mostly at the employ of the cartels. They rent the smuggling routes that are protected by the cartel enterprises. We are being completely reactive and chasing the cartel activity.

Biden: We Need ‘Constant, Unrelenting Stream’ of Illegal Aliens

    By Clash Daily / 12 June 2014

No, this is not made up. We can always count on good ‘ole Joe to open his mouth and say something like this. According to the Washington Times, Joe Biden stated that we need a steady stream of immigrants for the purpose of helping our national economy. See below:
Vice President Joseph R. Biden told a National Association of Manufacturers’ crowd this week that what the United States needed was more, not fewer, immigrants.

Specifically, he called for a “constant, unrelenting stream” of new immigrants — “not dribbling [but] significant flows,” to bolster the national economy, The Hill reported.
“We need it badly from a purely — purely economic point of view,” Mr. Biden said, The Hill reported.

Later, on Twitter, he wrote: “The final thing we need to do together is pass immigration reform … We need it badly. -VP at manufacturing summit,” Newsmax reported.

    The Fruit in Nogales Stinketh

    By Jeannie DeAngelis

Jesus gave His disciples a simple recipe to evaluate good and bad circumstances when He pointed out that “[a] good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.”
Let’s apply that simple formula to what is going on down on the border as an army of illegal immigrant minors are being encouraged to overrun the U.S. The result of the lawlessness the federal government is enabling and even financing has resulted in an out-of-control mess, where warehouses are packed with destitute youths spreading third-world diseases and, while waiting for refugee resettlement at the Nogales Placement Center in Tucson, Arizona, are purportedly indulging their hormonal desires with unabashed enthusiasm.
In other words, the tree, which in this case is the Obama administration and its immigration policy, is deformed and diseased, and therefore the fruit in Nogales stinketh, and it stinketh bad.
Predictably, rather than accept blame for the foul-smelling fruit, the Obama administration is blaming violence in Central America for the uncontrollable influx of "refugees." However, a veteran Border Patrol agent who heads the agency’s Tucson sector union says stories of official pardons are what’s driving the startling tsunami of illegal immigrants into the U.S.
Art Del Cueto, the Tucson Border Patrol union president, says that when they interrupt border-busting fornicators and ask them what drove them to cross over from Mexico into the U.S., the word they’re hearing is “amnistía" (amnesty).
Rotten fruit from a rotten tree served up as charitable concern is rotten all the same, and what a coincidence it is that right around the time Obama predicted that amnesty would be accomplished one way or another, there is suddenly a crisis on the border that requires emergency attention!
The Obama technique is to foster larger crises, so this time it’s by waving in busloads of illegals with the goal of bringing an already volatile situation to a boiling point so that Cloward-Piven strategic solutions can be employed and emergency amnesty granted straightaway.
The child migrant crisis is clearly being orchestrated by an administration careful to never let a good crisis go to waste, be it manufactured or not. That’s why the community agitator is encouraging the fruit to rot by blaming violence in Central America for what he calls an “urgent humanitarian situation.”
Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions, senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, recognizes that the unprecedented emergency unfolding at the border is happening because Obama is “committed to escalating” the situation.
According to Sessions, “[t]his crisis is a direct and predictable result of the president’s sustained and deliberate campaign to dismantle immigration enforcement.” Sessions rightly pointed out that Obama has broadcast to the larger third world that lawlessness is acceptable and that immigration laws will not be imposed on foreign youth.
Meanwhile, a Homeland Security source alleges that “it’s all over the news in Central America that if you bring your kids north you have a free pass.” Up close and personal to the rancid fruit in the Nogales facility, a DHS source says that “[t]he entire thing can be pinned squarely on the Obama administration and its policies” and warned that “[i]t’s going to get much worse.”
Why? Because in countries like El Salvador and Honduras, newspapers are reporting that the amnesty offered to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as minors under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is being extended two more years. Signed by Barack Obama in 2012, the policy eliminates the threat of deportation for at least two years while granting provisional legal status to the young schemers Obama likes to call DREAMers.
Central American news sources are also quoting DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson, who said, “Almost all agree that a child who crossed the border illegally with their parents, or in search of a father or a better life, was not making an adult choice to break our laws, and should be treated differently than adult violators of the law.”
But according to Mr. Del Cueto, “[t]hey’re not all little kids. Some are 17-years-old and they have possible ties to gang members yet they will be relocated in the U.S. with family.”
Maybe Mr. Del Cueto should ask Mr. Johnson if he considers joining a gang or copulating on a warehouse floor after illegally crossing the border into another country an adult decision. And what about that copulating? Doesn’t the party Jeh Johnson proudly identifies with believe that when disposing of the possible result of fornication, it’s an adult choice that requires no parental notification?
Nevertheless, officials speaking on behalf of the bad tree that’s producing the bad fruit insist that the obviously uncontrolled situation is under control. Those officials assure us that the sexually active illegal alien minors with scabies, measles, chicken pox, and MRSA will be put in removal proceedings because they do not qualify for the president’s DACA, the program that grants amnesty to those who came to the U.S. as children “through no fault of their own.”
The truth is that thousands of sometimes sickly children from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador will never be extradited, and some who have criminal backgrounds, while being “processed,” will be released onto the streets of the U.S., diseases and all. It’s a given that, once released, “unaccompanied children” will never be followed up on again, and if they are, Obama is proposing a very expensive program called Justice AmeriCorps that, while veterans die on VA waiting lists, will offer some of those copulating on collapsible cots in Nogales free legal help to stay in the country.
All the same, Jesus did offer advice on how to deal with rotten trees when He said: “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.” Hopefully, the noxious harvest that Obama is producing on the border will inspire Americans to chop down and throw into the political fire the rotten tree whose roots are presently choking the life out of America.

Wanted: Babysitters on the Southern Border

    Katie Pavlich | Jun 13, 2014

The crisis of unaccompanied children flooding on our southern border is getting worse as parents in Central America continue to put their children into the hands of human smugglers bound for the U.S. For weeks, Border Patrol agents have been forced to leave wide swaths of our southern border with Mexico unattended thanks to an overwhelming need to process and care for thousands of children.

Now, in an effort to get Border Patrol agents back to patrolling the border, the federal government is advertising fr dozens of temporary babysitting jobs. More from New York Daily News:

The bureau [ICE] is seeking workers with training in emergency medicine and non-emergency health care, “child care or juvenile teaching and/or counseling,” according to a June agency memo.

The memo, obtained by TheBlaze Web site, seeks Border Patrol agents willing to fill temporary 30-day duty on the Tucson, Ariz., border in order to staff a processing center 24 hours a day “for the foreseeable future.”

It notes that the “primary demographic” of those being housed at a processing center in Nogales, Ariz., are “females and UACs” — unaccompanied children. “Therefore, agents that are best equipped to interact with the above demographic are being *requested,” the memo says.

Earlier this week, an internal email obtained by Townhall showed Tucson Sector Chief Border Patrol Agent Manuel Padilla Jr. thanking Border Patrol agents for taking on a new, unprecedented and "non-traditional" role as humanitarian workers.

"Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to be involved in missions that are outside the scope of border security. It is reassuring to see that when our agency is confronted with a non-traditional mission, our personnel is quick to learn the role, adapt to the situation, and perform in admirable ways," Padilla wrote. "This humanitarian effort if reminiscent of the hurricane relief efforts, humanitarian search and rescue missions during floods and other disasters where the Border Patrol has lived up to his legacy."

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson announced yesterday he will travel to central America in July and will participate in foreign media interviews in an effort to stop the flow of unaccompanied children.

What stupid people, doing this to their children. Forcing yourself or your off spring on to others never brings anything good!! It certainly doesn't influence and gain friends! I think it breeds contempt!!!

This child abuse is unacceptable. Obama should be ashamed of himself.

Republicans are blaming Obama’s immigration policies for enticing the illegals, particularly the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program launched in 2012, which recently was renewed.
More than 33,000 have been caught in Texas alone over the last eight months, the report said, overwhelming Border Patrol capabilities.

Maine Governor Aligns State Policy With Federal Ban on Aid to Illegal Aliens

    Published:
    Thu, Jun 12th 2014 @ 2:55 pm EDT

The Administration of Maine Gov. Paul LePage (R) will implement plans to eliminate state support for illegal aliens who apply for or receive General Assistance benefits. Although the plan is consistent with a federal ban on aid to illegal aliens, Maine Attorney General Janet Mills (D) said the move may be unconstitutional.

Since December, LePage has sought to prohibit state aid from flowing to illegal aliens to bring General Assistance standards in line with qualifications for federal aid such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and food stamps. Federal law prohibits a state from providing welfare benefits to illegal aliens unless it has a statute that qualifies people irrespective of immigration status. Maine does not have such a statute.

This week Maine Department of Health and Human Service Commissioner Mary Mayhew said, “We are moving forward and will continue our efforts to align programs with federal rules to ensure that precious taxpayer dollars are used appropriately for those in need and protected for those who are legal residents of Maine and this country.” Mayhew said the new rules will affect about 1,000 illegal aliens and save the state more than $1 million a year.

The Maine General Assistance program is run by cities and towns, with funding from the state. The state reimburses most municipalities up to 50 percent of General Assistance costs, although it covers up to 90 percent of the costs for Portland, Lewiston and Bangor. Under the new rules municipalities can choose to offer assistance to illegal aliens, but they would have to do so without state funding support.

Attorney General Mills declared unconstitutional an earlier effort by the LePage Adminstration that would have halted state General Assistance reimbursement for all non-citizens, including refugees and asylees. Her findings said the initial proposal violated the equal protection clauses of the state and federal constitutions, levied an unfunded mandate on local governments and exceeded statutory authority. The new rules only affect illegal aliens but Mills said they may still be unconstitutional and an unfunded state mandate.

Mills also said she isn’t sure how a city or town clerk will be able to determine whether someone is an illegal alien. “You can’t make every town in Maine a mini immigration office,” Mills said. However states and municipalities that hand out federal assistance are required to use the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system to check the eligibility of all non-citizens. Maine was violating federal law by not using SAVE.

Maine already has a law which requires applicants for drivers' licenses to show proof of residence in Maine and legal status in the U.S. When I go down to the DMV next month to renew my license, I'll take a utility bill (proof of Maine residence) and my birth certificate (proof of legal status in the U.S.).It's no "big whoop" nor would it be a "big whoop" for applicants for general assistance to show that they're here legally. If they lie or make a fraudulent application, that will be a matter for someone else to deal with, not the town clerk.

How is it Un-Constitutional to deny aid to illegal aliens?
They've broken some laws below, why should they be rewarded?
U.S. Constitution, Art. IV, Sect. 4
U.S. Code: Title 8 - ALIENS AND NATIONALITY
    CH. 12—IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY (§§ 1101–1537)

Okay Van, if E-Verify is for new hires? How do you suggest we remove illegals working at jobs right now in all areas in the USA?
What is the right tool to prevent them from taking jobs that Americans can do?
If they are illegal, why aren't they deported A.S.A.P for violating our laws?
Someone mentioned a mass demonstration in Washington. Might be the only way to stop all of this law breaking and start deporting illegals. Man, this is getting stranger by the day.
We have illegals working USA jobs but we can't touch them and E-Verify only would work for new hires. What a joke on us!

When attorneys claim something is unconstitutional in advance of a decision, they are telegraphing a message to other attorneys and judges "Hey, look over here! Get ready for this issue!" It means they aren't willing to roll up they're sleeves and do the job they are paid to do, i.e. attorney general. The legal system isn't some magical place where beautiful legal decisions are always crafted and handed down. Yes, I understand human beings should be treated equally and with respect, but illegal immigrants are not deserving of public benefits. It's time to take away ALL of the magnets: jobs, public benefits, college tuition, drivers licenses, birthright citizenship, chain immigration, etc. We must encourage LEGAL immigration into the United States. Also, it's a big world out there: Point these immigrants toward Europe, Africa and Asia. Time to put out the NO VACANCY sign at US borders and ports.

    BORDER BATTLELINES

Immigration chaos the fruit of Obama's lawlessness

Exclusive: Tom Tancredo rips Replubicans for complacency in face of 'Dreamers' flood

Published: 16 hours ago Tom Tancredo
    About
Tom Tancredo is the founder of the Rocky Mountain Foundation and founder and co-chairman of Team America PAC. He is also a former five-term congressman and presidential candidate. Tancredo is the author of "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America's Border and Security."

You would think that the specter of 100,000 children flooding across the southwest border in response to Obama promise of amnesty would be a wake-up call for Congress’ Republican leadership. Nope. Boehner and friends instead have hit the snooze button and gone back to sleep.
The surge in unaccompanied children crossing the border began last fall and rapidly increased this spring. Organizations watching the situation say the flow is steady and will reach 100,000 before the end of the summer.

The Border Patrol in Texas has been so overwhelmed by the surge they cannot find housing or safe accommodations for the children. Thousands of illegal-alien children are being flown not only to locations in Arizona and California but also Oklahoma and others as far away as Massachusetts. The governor of Arizona has publicly protested to the Obama administration that this dumping into Arizona camps is occurring without any prior notice or coordination with state officials.

In previous years, the number of unaccompanied children was typically in the range of 4,000 to 6,000 annually. So, it is fair to ask, what promoted this ten-fold increase in children crossing our border?

That’s really no mystery. Newspapers throughout Mexico and Central America have been talking about Obama’s amnesty program for children since the summer of 2012, and the Obama administration has done absolutely nothing to discourage parents from sending their kids on the dangerous journey.

This phenomenon exposes a fundamental lie perpetrated by the Obama White House and amnesty partisans in the Congress and the news media. The lie was that the “Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals” program applied only to children who were brought across the border by their parents. “It’s not their fault, so we can’t punish them” was the justification for allowing them to stay and seek permanent legal status without the threat of deportation hanging over their heads.

As everyone admits, Obama’s “Deferred Action” program was implemented in direct contradiction of an act of Congress. That “Dream Act” legislation was voted down by Congress in December of 2011. Thus, Obama was acting not in the face of “congressional inaction”; he was acting in the face of an explicit congressional decision NOT to authorize that program.

Could Mexico retake the southwestern United States? Find out in the video documentary “Conquest of Aztlan”

But Obama and his La Raza advisers were not content with that achievement. They decided to expand the program exponentially. After all, if giving a million “Dreamers” already in the county legal status and work permits was a good idea that Congress has acquiesced to, why not extend it to millions of children who were not brought across the border by their parents? And why not millions more who are not yet in the United States but who want to come here?

Make a wish, and lo, Obama will make it so.

According to the head of the Department of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, the DACA program is also available for children who come across the border “seeking their parents, or seeking a better life.” Presto! An open invitation, broadcast worldwide, that our doors are open to all children who want a better life. Has anyone made a count of how many children on the planet might qualify for Obama’s gift of American citizenship?

So, there is no mystery why we are seeing a flood of children crossing our southwest border. Parents in any country can simply send a child on that perilous journey and can expect that not only will the child be welcomed and not deported, the child can later petition for the parents to join them in the name of “family reunification.” Of course, the Obama administration assumes that such family reunifications must always occur north of the border, not back in El Salvador, Honduras or Venezuela.

The real crime, however, is not in Obama’s lawlessness but in Republican complacency in the face of that lawlessness.

Obama is simply acting in fulfillment of his goals to “transform America,” and we should not be shocked by the latest – or the next – outrage. But we do have a right to be shocked and outraged when Republican leaders roll over and go back to sleep.
