Now their anchor babies have to translate at the pharmacy for their illegal mothers,with the Medicaid card!

I can relate in my neck of the woods. It is getting so I get excited to hear any Hispanic speaking English out in public without even knowing what their status is. Seems like they shop in 4 generations and as you said not one of them speaking English with their kids running wild all over the place.

We should not cut handouts for "anchor brats"....we need to stop ALL handouts...period! No Medical, No food handouts, NO education aid. Time they are stopped from being a drain on every taxpayer in the USA.

What a bind for LaRaza. On the one hand they usually try to deny illegal aliens or their anchor babies receive a high proportion of our welfare programs. Worse then that. Same goes for black Americans on welfare and WIC. They make up a far greater portion of the programs then their race is on population in the US. I recall a handful of years ago study was done that had black Americans almost tied neck and neck for participation in welfare vs caucasians. However the black community was aprox 19% of the population while caucasians close to 60% of the population. I also recall numerous news articles which used half the numbers to say welfare is evenly split when in reality any person who graduated 3rd grade math could tell you by the numbers blacks were twice as likely as whites to be on welfare.

Course now blacks and hispanics are about tied likely and I've known numerous caucasians that don't qualify mainly because they aren't a minority.

Just curious how did a discussion about ILLEGAL ALIENS on WIC turn into a discussion about black CITIZENS on welfare and WIC?

For the record, race IS NOT A QUALIFIER as to who is eligible for WIC, welfare or any other form of government assistance.

I have worked and been a tax payer since I was 16 years old. Even for the past 21 years, as a black single parent because of my income, I NEVER qualified for nor received any federal handouts. For the past 20+ years of my life I spent my time and money working to: raise my son, pay for boarding costs and books (he got a scholarship to Lake Forest Academy High School), paid my mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities, and I have never been on food stamps.

I have paid for everybody else' free ride. Do I think it's fair? No. Do I think that these losers should be cut off and made to get a damn job after 2 children that reach school age, regardless of race? Yes.

Do I think that illegals of any race should NEVER receive jack? Yes.

Guess what? There are millions of other black Americans that can truthfully say the same thing. Can you?

While I detest anyone sucking up (my tax dollars simply because they can), unless and until this type of pot calling the kettle black posting ceases to turn into a discussion constantly denigrating black CITIZENS, we as AMERICANS will NEVER come together.

Thank you so much drooler. All of my life I have worked hard to do what is right. It is so frustrating perpetually reading the negative stereotypes, especially when they are based on lack of knowledge or simply pure ignorance.

Most tax paying Americans, regardless of race, are bitter and angry over the abuses allowed through our system. And rightly so! Getting up and going to work every morning and having to pay taxes at the end of the year is the great equalizer. It doesn't matter what color you are, you do not want to see freeloaders taking advantage of the system, especially when some of them seem to live quite well.

But like most people here, I have a special disdain for illegal invaders who leech of our system via their anchor baby(s). It’s one thing for an American citizen to abuse the system (which of course is wrong as well), it's quite another for an illegal invader to receive their smorgasbord of benefits through their faux American citizen anchor baby!

We should call for DEPORTATION.Thats the only way to save this nation.

Then work on slowing down legals from violent third world nations and others too.Some irish and russians are now forming mafias here along with the columbos and italianos.Something about latinos that like mafias and crime.I never heard of them being famous for much else come to think of besides restaurants ,singing and acting.But they do have some good looking actors and singers,Dean Martin was one of my favorites.
