BREAKING NEWS Hispanic protesters interrupt hearing

A preliminary hearing for three juveniles accused of beating an illegal immigrant from Mexico who subsequently died of his injuries, had to be interrupted Monday morning. The hearing before Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker, being held in the Schuylkill County Courthouse for security reasons, had to be recessed due to noise from Hispanic activists of the group Latina protesting outside the courthouse in Spanish.
