    Same thing I've been saying since it started. The 2008 law clearly doesn't apply as these children are NOT trafficked in by criminal organizations. They come willingly of their own accord. So the next law in play is the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Accountability Act of 1996 signed by Clinton. It allows Immediate deportation of any new crosser illegal aliens without a hearing. It also provides speedy deportations for those who can't prove more then 2 years in the US, those with criminal backgrounds or fraud. It also states that illegal aliens have a right to an attorney at their own cost but that one shall not be paid by the public.

    But same old, ignoring the law and using laws that don't apply to force your agenda.
