Stop attempting to change the narrative regarding illegal immigration by softening the moniker to which illegal immigrants are referred.

labeled with their status

Please stop attempting to change the narrative regarding illegal immigration by softening the moniker to which illegal immigrants are referred.

Your effort began by replacing “illegal alien” with “illegal immigrant.” It didn’t take long afterward for “undocumented immigrant” to replace “illegal immigrant.” Now you’ve completed dropped any reference to their entering our county illegally by referring to them simply as immigrants (or even worse, migrants).

Do you really think we’re not perceptive enough to notice this?

The bottom line is they entered our country illegally and any reference to them needs to address this. You’re not fooling anyone.

Isn't this what I've been saying for a long time? Yes, it is. The media trying to influence public opinion by lumping illegal aliens in with immigrants who came here legally.
