The Bush Administration has announced some changes to the country's immigration policy. We take a look at the announcement.
Announcer:
"After a five-month review of the nation's immigration policy, the Bush Administration has determined that several changes must be implemented. First, beginning December 31, 2006, U.S. citizens entering the United States from Canada or Mexico by air or sea must present a valid passport. Second, beginning December 31, 2007, U.S. citizens entering the United States from Canada or Mexico by land must present a valid passport. And finally, terrorist sleeper cell members infiltrating the United States must present a forged passport, a forged CVS discount card, and check the box on the customs form marked 'terrorist.' A message from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
