Texas already has in state tuition in place.

Right now I am looking for a list of states we need to DEFEAT IN STATE TUITION FOR ILLEGALS they are pushing this year.

if this bill passes, it will change that rules for in state in texas, if i read it right

Wisconsin can be added to the list, Jim Doyle, Governor

Arkansas, California, Colorado, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
