    List of In-State tuition for illegals legislation needed

    Friends,

    Today, we are going to try and stop the organized move by the illegal aliens and their supporters to pass in-state tuition for illegal aliens in several states.

    I know they have a bill they are pushing in CO and NJ. Can you help me build a fast list of states where in-state tuition for illegal aliens is on the table please?

    Need it quickly.

    FYI regarding Illinois bill previously cited - the section of bill regarding higher education/in-state tuition is to prohibit illegals from admission to colleges and/or prohibit in-state tuition for illegals.

    Texas already has in state tuition in place.

    Right now I am looking for a list of states we need to DEFEAT IN STATE TUITION FOR ILLEGALS they are pushing this year.
