I wonder if the leakers were set up this afternoon and the media swallowed it hook line and sinker because that is what they wanted to hear......

You are welcome Judy. It was an excellent speech and included some very special moments acknowledging several special people who had lost their dear loved ones.

I also appreciated the recognition of the young woman suffering with Pompe disease whose father helped expedite the development and sale of a drug that has helped to save her life. Megan Crowley is her name and her father is John Crowley. Pompe disease is a very rare disease of the muscles that retards their development and can lead to death from collapsed lungs, a condition she's had since she was 15 months old. She's now 20 and a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame.
