Marching orders for el presidente Bush from Mexico

    July 9, 2007

Mexican Reactions to the U.S. Rejection of the Immigration Bill

    Frontera NorteSur

Widely condemned across Mexico’s political spectrum, the US Senate’s failure to pass an immigration reform bill has touched off reactions that could influence the course of Mexican politics as well as US-Mexico bilateral relations.

In the wake of the recent vote, legislators from the opposition (PRI) demanded that the administration of President Felipe Calderon adopt a more aggressive defense of undocumented Mexicans in the United States.

Ricardo Garcia Cervantes, the chairman of the North American Foreign Relations Committee in the Mexican Senate, contended that Mexico’s federal government “HAS TO DO ITS JOB" AND GET THE IMMIGRATION QUESTION BACK ON THE POLITICAL AGENDA BETWEEN THE US AND MEXICO.

At the same time, the PRI members of the lower house of the Mexican Congress sent a letter to President Calderon, asking him to DEMAND THAT WASHINGTON HALT THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BORDER WALLS. The PRI representatives proposed the possibility of WITHDRAWING MEXICO'S AMBASSADOR TO THE US if no positive response is received from the George W. Bush administration.

They'll pull their ambassador? Good riddance I say!

Mexico is not our friend. They are invading and colonizing our country. Kick their ambassador out, seal the border with our military, stop buying Mexican oil, allow no American tourisim and stop all wire transfers of money back to Mexico by Mexican immigrants in the USA both legal and illegal!

Then tell them after a 10 year immigration timeout, we will let a certain number (to be determined) come into our nation legally IF they get their house in order and get rid of the corruption and the other conditions that make it so bad in Mexico that people will risk their lives to come to the USA.

Have you ever in your life heard such unmitigated gall???????????

The very idea that they think they can make such demands is outrageous. If they are so worried about their poor little mistreated illegals, how about they FIX THEIR OWN COUNTRY AND TAKE THEM ALL BACK? It's time for Jorge Boosh to make some demands.

Let the illegals go on the public dole there! Let them fill up the mexican jails/prisons. Let them bankrupt their hospitals. Let them overcrowd the pathetic mexican schools. Its getting mighty tiresome having them steal from the American taxpayers.

But no......Jorge Boosh is too big a coward........to weak to support the U.S.......to dishonest to live up to his oath of office.
