    I've read multiple articles on the Court decision and its appearing to me the SCOTUS actually agreed with the idea behind it but that Arizona just did it the wrong way. They set a very clear path that would likely bring it back to the SCOTUS and it somewhat looks like when would get back would lead to a solid and easy victory for Arizona.

    They said to first go to the federal elections board (which is vacant), if it gets denied (of course it would as vacant and if filled would be obama cronies) would be taken to suit to a federal court and then to the SCOTUS again. It does sound like the SCOTUS with a 7 person majority actually would support requiring proof of citizenship.

    Just hope that it goes through quickly enough to make it in time for next elections.
