He did say on Thursday that he would, after the cloture vote. I think the logical person we would normally want to pressure under normal conditions would be Gonzales.....but that's about as likely as thinking that it's going to snow on the 4th of July.

However, we could attempt to pressure Chertoff. You never know, maybe, just maybe he has heard the people and might become willing to have a little backbone for a change.

(It;s probably wishful thinking, but we can't just sit here now and let President Bush get away with neglecting the fact that we do have laws and the American people are demanding that they be enforced.)
