McCain?
I just received an email from an activist saying they spoke with McCain's office and he plans to vote against Feinstein's Amnesty.
Can some of you confirm this for us?

I just got off the phone w/ his DC office and they did state quite unequivocally that McCain would be voting against it.
considering the source though, I'll only believe this when the vote is actually cast.

He's just trying to kiss up to republicans who are upset with him for his past pro-amnesty support, and so he'll be able to say that he voted against amnesty. Once he's in office, he'll go back to supporting it. It's a political ploy designed to win some votes, not a change of mind regarding amnesty.
