    To those who believe that stopping going to these places will work, I hate to say it but you are wrong.

    Drop offs in food ordering is seen as natural and just forces the hand of the restaurant owners to seek a new market assuming the old one has grown tired of their product. However; complaining to management, getting regional/area managers phone numbers and climbing the ladder to the powers to be at top makes a huge impression and shows those running the business that their customers want something to change. Many managers I have spoken to have said they think this would be a more appropriate strategy than stopping to go to a restaurant/chain altogether.

    Until a restaurant proves that english only is a big draw and that it could be a competitive advantage none of the big ones will do it.

    I agree Dragon5, it won`t phase them one bit. It would have to be a massive scale of regular customers in order for them to feel anything.
