    I believe you can volunteer from any state, the TXMM is just a statewide org of citizens only (i think) hopefully i can find someone to anwer my q's at the rally tomorrow.

    I am from MA and have volunteered for the MM twice. You can go from any state. But you have to make the trip (from MA it is a big deal).
