Mega Wealth and Illegals
To many people lay all the burden of the law enforcement on President Bush. Dont get me wrong I have no use for the man as the President. If you want to get right down to it look at the Senate and Congress. They are being manipulated by Big Business and Illegal Immigrants. There is a mega wealthy faction in this country that is manipulating the profit formula by replacing well paid middle class Legal United States Citizens with Low paid Illegals so there bottom line will become greater. Who pays for this manipulation of the Profit Formula? The People of this country who have made these Mega Wealthy people rich. This is one of the most low life dispicable acts of parasitic profiteers that I have ever seen. These Mega Rich are getting that way by standing on the shoulders of the Chinese and Mexican people and paying them pennys for there labor. All the while selling us Americans to the lowest bidders. Has anyone thought about how much it must cost to Squelch the Media from talking about Issues like The Dream Act? Has Anyone thought about how much power it takes to make the Media of this Country to virtually change its outlook on Illegal Immigration? Ask yourself who has the power and wealth to do that? Its time for The United States to wake up and stop letting the status quoe be our motto. Its time for The United States to take back the Reigns of the Government from Big Business and the Non Citizenz from other Countries. When I see that only 1/3 of the legal aged American Citizens are Voting what does that say to you about OUR motivations. Does it say to you that, Well lets let someone else do the thinking and do what ever they want, then when they do what they want and we all start sreaming about it isn't that a little late to be complaining? Every Legal United States Citizen should be on the phone to there Senators Today telling them that things like the Dream Act should be shot down. Now if We as Legal United States Citizens realy want to make a splash if this amnesty goes through, next time one of these Senators that vote yes for it should be voted out of Office in the Next Election. That is how we make ourselves heard. Did you know that 32 seats in the Senate are Up for re-election next year? Lets Make These Untouchables as they think they are start earning the trust of the Legal Citizens Of the United States.
I wanted to take this time to tell all of you that I am proud to be a member of this organization and proud to be working next to all of you in this fight.

You have it right!
The good news is...Alipac and groups like all of us are waking the American people up and they are becoming aware of what is going on.
Unfortunately many are still thinking our Government will take care of us which we all know is not the truth.
Welcome to Alipac
So glad to have you join us and fight along with us. We need every concerned citizen to be very active.
Call those in Congress, e-mail, fax. Tell them to vote No to the Dream Act.

ALIPAC sure reminded me that I had "fallen asleep" at the switch. Let's hope others keep waking up and making changes.

I do agree it is time for Americans to wake up---and indeed it is very true that the ultra rich still seek to benefit from illegal labor, at the expense of average Americans. I have seen it with my own eyes.
But I don't think we can just expel illegal immigrants and expect America to return to "normal." There have been a number of cultural transformations in the decades since WW2 that have led to the present crisis. We can return, but it would most likely require a reversal, or correction, of certain "all-American" trends. Some of these are: 1. Upward mobility into the professional class 2. Convenience shopping--such as fast food restaurants 3. Travel and tourism--including business travel
Our crafstmanship and business savvy had propelled the US to Number 1 in economic power---but that position turned into excessive generosity and the creation of the welfare state.
Take a look at the industries that have become dependent on illegals' labor.. Some of them we can almost completely do without and some could be pared back considerably. But we can't stay the same."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. " David

I agree that we don't need professional jobs for everyone. A professional should be looked at as a cost of doing business; you want to keep those costs to a minimum, yet not go too cheap, either. What I am saying is that we are fighting against a very powerful Educational industry.
But I think we do need to regain an edge in exports. This will require design and production expertise in a world which will have some new, powerful competitors. It won't be a wide open field such as after WW2.
Fast food is a big health drain. Fifty years ago we relied on market shopping much more. Fast food places seem to be a huge employer of illegals.
Al of this upward mobility (such as into professions) has spawned a huge travel and tourism industry--again a major employment source for illegals.
So that is what I meant about being willing to reverse some trends. It is not a simple issue. If there is a sudden restriction of immigration I think there will be an economic downturn. But that is a price to be paid for restoring quality of life in our communities."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. " David

Bush has nothing to lose, this is his last term .
As long as we keep blaming Bush, the rest have an escape goat .
We are the only ones to blame in reality the buck stops with us .
We allowed them to pervert our children in their schools and universities . Teach them how to hate their heritage, values , culture and morals . Even how to hate us in some respects ! Women don't want to be bothered at home or in the schools , drug em up and get them our of your hair . For a bigger home and newer car, put them in nurseries and let strangers raise them . Some women have no choice because of the way most men have abandoned their kids, they can't help it .
Stick the kids in a nursery and the parents in a home to die early . All the above was the begining of our problems .
Moral absolutes and self dissapline have left us . Tolerence has become intolerable for a healthy society . Bad is good and good is bad .

If you ask me we NEED a correction in the market, and we start by ridding ourselves of the millions of illegals already here. Yes you'll pay more for fast food -when/if YOU buy it, but you and EVERYBODY else will save on taxes that go to fund the illegals, and certainly car insurance rates would be reduced substantially in some areas. The big hotels are exploiting cheap labor -they certainly don't NEED it if they pay their top chefs 6 figures a year. Wouldn't it be better to pay $5 more a night if it meant more pay for the employees, instead of paying a $5 tax on the room for roads and bridges which are being built as a result of urban sprawl created by the illegals? Do the math...the cheapest ain't always the least expensive.

Number of issues here as a senior citizen I have lived through the many changes past 60 years. Profit is good make no mistake however we have allowed the elite and wealthy corporation to demand higher and higher profits at any cost to our country and the middle class. My point is even capitalism needs standards or if you prefer morals. While greed has always existed it is now less controlled in our society, more except.
We need the middle class in order to remain free, manufacturing jobs although frowned on in modern times via media and public education they did provide good living for good people who wished to work hard come home enjoy their families go to church on Sunday and look forward to retirement. Now we have a society where those jobs do no exist and many people will work at Lowe's, Home Depot, or perhaps walMart their entire lives.
Please I understand that education is the way up however lets assume all had a college education then we would have folks with a degree in math working at WalMart and never fear outsourcing is in progress for those with the 4+ years of college.
Like it or not America is or a bad road epecially for those of you under 30 years of age. We need controlled limited legal Immigration, heavy fines and jail time for those hiring illegals, "fair" trade and penalties for companies who ship manufacturing plants jobs to other countries, and last the American consumer needs to fight back by boycotting companies that produce goods from slave labor in other countries.
This is our country folks we have the power in our checking account use it.I'm old with many opinions few solutions.
