They came here not looking for handouts, but intent on working their way out of poverty, just as all other immigrants have done in the past.
    Two words:

    ANCHOR BABIES

So the illegal aliens who cross the border to drop an anchor baby in a US hospital are 'not looking for handouts'? If they are intent on working their way out of poverty, what job is it they are looking for when they cross the border 8 months pregnant? Who do they think is going to hire them?

He has the gall to say they were pandering to their bases? I beg to differ, they are almost frothing at the mouth over a bunch of uneducated new voters!
Do not vote for Party this year, vote for America and American workers!

    Mr. Juan Valdez:

I really enjoy your coffee. It is most delicious, hearty and robust with hints of oak and chicory. It is the best coffee I have ever had and I thank you for exporting it to the U.S. Please keep up your hard work south of our border in the aromatic coffee fields that you love. If you ever would like to visit the U.S., please remember to obtain the proper visa documents at our nearest consulate and we will welcome you with open arms. I'd like to meet you for a chat over a cup of coffee.

    Best Always,
    American coffee lovers

The immigrants that have been persecuted and demeaned during this debate possess the very attributes we seek in America.?
How dare you claim these people are being persecuted? They're here by choice and they have the freedom to head on back home! THIS is not persecution. My parents WERE religiously and politically persecuted in their country and guess what, inspite of that, they still did everything requried of them by this country while IN their country so they could come here legally! Oh yeah, and they are Hispanic!

History is being written and voters (including the new Americans) will remember those who were irresponsible in dealing with immigrants and immigration reform.?
You bet your smirk we will (especially us new Americans)!

I do believe Juan is a snake oil salesman. He sure has the look of one and he certainly sounds like one.

He is quoted as saying a few years ago on an ABC program:

"We are betting that Mexican-Americans will think Mexico First".. he has not repeated that claim, lest Americans understand the real attitudes of those people...

    Your too funny!

Valdez was on Fox 2 weeks ago and told an opponent that it was already a done deal. Over. You lost. That now they were only deciding how many should get citizenship. I was sick at my stomach.
