Remarks: Lopez may be employed as an over-the-road truck driver and traveling throughout the continental United States in this capacity. Lopez is also allegedly supporting himself by the continued distribution of controlled substances. He has ties to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, area of northern Mexico. In addition, Lopez has ties to Hartford, Connecticut. Reportedly, in January 2006 he called investigators from a pay phone from that location.

CAUTION
Arthur Lopez, Jr., is wanted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for committing a series of crimes, which occurred during 1999. In August of 1999, Lopez was allegedly involved in a drive-by shooting which was directed at rival drug dealers. Approximately forty rounds were discharged into a group of people. Also in 1999, Lopez was allegedly involved in his family's drug-distribution operation. This drug-trafficking enterprise had a major effect on the south side of Milwaukee with the distribution of hundreds of kilos in cocaine and thousands of pounds of marijuana. This organization was reportedly violent, using threats, intimidation, and several acts of violence to further the group's objectives. It is alleged that the violence included six homicides and multiple drive-by shootings. Reportedly, Lopez was labeled as one of three primary leaders of the drug-trafficking organization. As leader, he allegedly was responsible for the following: negotiating the group's drug sources on a routine basis; collecting money from drug dealers; determining prices for products being sold; and occasionally acting as a violent enforcer of the organization's aims.

On March 15, 2001, a state arrest warrant was issued in the state of Wisconsin, County of Milwaukee, for three counts of first degree intentional homicide while armed. Lopez was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lopez was also charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on December 22, 1999.

Have you ever noticed how short most Mexican men are?

It looks like he is an anchor baby!, too!! This is what happens when they grow up!!! His photos are from 1999...what's taking so long to catch this guy???

Lately, I have started checking out the drivers of the big rigs I pass on the interstates...seems that most of them are Mexican drivers! They don't even keep their eyes on the road because they are so busy staring down into every car with a young female...making their lewd gestures and yelling in Spanish! All we need is more of them!

It'll be nice to know I'm driving down the freeway next to an 80,000 lb tractor-trailer driven by the likes of him. How comforting. I wonder what kind of cargo he'll be carrying?
