No, I THINK that's because it's not allowing you to vote again. I went to the site FIRST this morning and it DID take my vote. I clicked out and went BACK and it was only showing the results. I think that's what it SHOULD do if it's working right and your IP address has already been registered. We need to watch it and see if the number of votes go up later today when NORMAL people are UP!!!
