Mexican consulate offers free seminar in Long Beach on receiving passports, consular ID cards

LONG BEACH - Mexican nationals looking for information about passports and consular ID cards are invited to attend the Mexican Mobile Consulate at an event Aug. 10.

The free event is open to the public.

Registered attendees must bring specific documents: an original birth certificate, an official identification with the person's name as it appears on the birth certificate, proof of address in Los Angeles County and two passport photos with a white background.
