LOL....sorry....all I could think of was "thick headed bunch"....obviously no respect for any form of law and sad when you have to wall in a city for protection.....didn't they bother to tell him it wouldn't work...they just tear it down anyway...get a taller ladder....dig under it....lol Some of them are so totally out of control.....it's frightening and boy do we look like easy pickins......

L.A. is going to be looking for a new mayor in a year or so...just a thought!

They are going to seperate families by doing this! And, they will stop migratory birds and animals patterns and disrupt their habitats.
