I call the reconquista theory "contrived" because although it does have some truth to it, it is twisted and artificial to serve their needs, not common sense, not what is true or right or legal.

Yes, I'm kind of waiting for one of the gangs to file a discrimination lawsuit. Who knows how much of their money is against Arizona right now?
