OK. But the biggest problem, is how to stop the Americans that seem to have to have these drugs???
The drug war has been going on for years, but to stop it, the Americans that rely on these drugs has to end.
What is the answer to that?
That's easy. Reduced supply will increase cost which in turn will reduce demand.

This is especially true of marijuana. If it became more expensive to buy it would become less of a party drug and fewer kids would be exposed to it. Even those who use it will eventually stop if it becomes too expensive. Many people are looking for an excuse to quit smoking pot anyway and high cost is often the catalyst. Many people get hooked because once it becomes cheap it is lying around everywhere. Stopping drugs at the border can do alot to win this situation. It just infuriates me that we have corrupt Bush cronies like Johnnie Sutton who lets drug dealers go in order to kiss up to the Mexican government.

And you didn't expect this? I knew from the start that they would. That Highway gave them carte blanch to do so.
