There was a hilarious video clip making the rounds last year of a guy in California who would go to Home Depot parking lots and say he was looking for 12 concrete and roofing guys and willing to pay $10/hr. A dozen guys would pile into his pickup, but rather than taking them to a work site, he would drive them to the local INS office.

I've noticed border patrol, INS and a lot of our police officers in CA are hispanic. Is it any wonder we have a problem with illegals? Yet, I was harrassed by a hispanic customs officer coming back off a cruise from Ensenada on my citizenship even though I'm caucasian and had a passport. He might have thought he had the power to be beligerant, but I wanted him to show me proof that he was here legally and he waved me through the line.
