"Reforming" immigration should include ending birthright citizenship. It will for ever be a back door form of illegal immigration.

It's impossible to author serious immigration "reform" legislation, without eliminating birthright citizenship. This is just a 700 page illegal alien grab bag. Just reach in and they receive a prize.

You are darned right--which is another indication that this isn't about immigration...

The Flaky-Gut bill is a MIGRATION bill, not an immigration bill. It extends special status and power to Mexico, it fails to secure our border with Mexico (by removing the option of actually building the fence), and it puts into place "circular migration" between the US and Mexico. This bill does little more than promote mass migration from Mexico to the US, creating essentially an open border, allowing people to go back and forth at will. It will massively import 400,000 new guest workers each year, about the number that is estimated to already be coming here illegally from Mexico. Basically, it will legalize ALL those who want to come here and give them permanent resident status eventually......hence, mass migration.

A true immigration bill should be crafted to benefit the American people and this country, not only big labor. It should very tightly control and track those who come for any reason, and it should prevent those who do not belong here from coming into this country. This is NOT an immigration bill.

THIS IS A MIGRATION BILL INTENDED TO OPEN OUR BORDER WITH MEXICO, PROMOTE MASS MIGRATION FROM MEXICO, AND END U.S. SOVEREIGNTY.
