Motive
After a crime an investigator must look for clues to figure out who perpetuated the crime. The most convincing clue is who had the motive. A good investigator will make a list of people and what reasons they would have had to commit the crime, or better known as 'motive'.
Here is my list of people committing crimes against the USA and their motives:
La Raza - Wants amnesty to continue to grow Hispanic base and increase power among consumers. This will increase the donations from major corporations.
Ag Business - Wants cheap labor to pick/pack food to cut down on labor cost. Even though the growing of crops is subsidized in the US and there is current consideration for a 'produce welfare program'.
Construction Industry - There are more small-time remodelers and contractors now than ever before. This is because of the massive supply of illegal labor that this industry taps nationwide. No long are college students getting these jobs in the summer.
Roman Catholic Church - Do you think they would do this if it was islamic illegal immigrants in plight? The answer is no. The RCC would lose billions in donations here in the usa if all illegal aliens were deported. The RCC also sat idly by and watched as Rome was destroyed by the Germanic immigration which many history scholars are now saying the current crisis resembles. After Rome's collapse the RCC was the sole source of power across Europe.
All Businesses - Cheaper labor and the no need to pay unemployment, workmans comp or give benefits.
Senators - Get campaign contributions and perks from large corporations that currently pander to illegals and make money off of them or employ them.
feel free to add anyone i missed.

Rich, lazy people who want their lawns mowed cheap, their cars washed cheap, and their kids looked after cheap.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".
