MS-13 GANG MEMBER SENTENCED TO 35 YEARS

MS-13 GANG MEMBER SENTENCED TO 35 YEARS ON RACKETEERING CHARGES
MS-13 Gang Operated in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties Through Racketeering Activity That Included Six Murders in Maryland and One in Virginia

Greenbelt, Maryland - U.S. District Judge Deborah K. Chasanow sentenced Edgar Alberto Ayala, age 29, of Suitland, Maryland, today to 35 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise and conspiracy to commit assaults with a deadly weapon, in order to maintain and increase his position in MS-13, announced United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein.

United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein said, “Today’s lengthy sentence is the result of a coordinated effort by federal, state and local authorities to combat violent gangs in Maryland. The RICO statute allows us to prosecute gang members in federal court for the activities of the criminal organization they chose to join. Most Maryland jurisdictions have adopted anti-gang strategies that combine law enforcement, education and community awareness in a coordinated program to deter gang violence."

Special Agent in Charge Gregory K. Gant of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives stated, “ATF has stated, and will continue to state that we will not tolerate gang violence. Together with our federal, state, and local law enforcement partners, we will continue to dismantle the gangs that terrorize our communities. Today’s sentencing shows how serious we are in bringing every violent member of MS-13 to justice, so that our law abiding citizens can feel safe where they live and work.â€

Illegals who are gang members should be deported and the borders need to be secured so they don't come back.

Is this scumbag an illegal alien? Probably 99.99% sure he is but I don't see anywhere in this article what his citizenship is or how he got to America. This kind of thing needs to be covered in these articles in order to expose the root of the gang and crime problem.

So this worthless piece of rotting fungus gets to be a guest of the U.S. taxpayer for 35 years having all his needs met. As soon as our borders are secure (wishful thinking?) ALL illegal aliens in our prisons and those awaiting trial need to be deported or at least dumped across the border in any fashion we see fit.
