I have been saying all along that "multi-issue" conservative groups should not be speaking to our issue nationally because they have several issues important to them, and they know that they will not get all of them and therefore they will be willing to sell-out some issues to get other issues. And guess who got sold out in 2004? WE DID!!

Single issue groups are in a position to make demands.

Here is a quote from an article to prove this point.
