Two Ecuadorean brothers were assaulted on December 8 in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. Jose Osvaldo Sucuzhanay died last week as a result of his injuries.

Laraza continues to fan the flames of hate to fit their own agenda. The thugs that did this thought the brothers were gay. The fact that they were hispanic was secondary.

VICTIM DIES IN ALLEGED HATE CRIME

The Ecuadorian immigrant brutally beaten by a thug wielding a baseball bat has died this morning in what authorities are calling a hate crime, law enforcement sources said.

Jose Osvaldo Sucuzhanay, 31, was taken off life support at Elmhurst General Hospital as new details emerged in Saturday's vicious attack in Brooklyn, sources said.

In the early morning hours, Sucuzhanay was staggering around with his brother, 38, at Kossuth Place and Bushwick Avenue after they had gotten drunk at a Mexican bar, police said. Moments later, a maroon SUV occupied by three black men pulled up while the brothers were holding each other by the arms, cops said.

Believing the brothers were gay, one of the black men spewed, "Check out those f----ts over there," police said.

The trio then jumped out of the SUV with the driver brandishing an aluminum bat and accosted the two brothers, cops said.

As one of the suspects shouted, "F--- you, Spanish people," the bat-wielding driver allegedly bashed Sucuzhanay in the head, crushing his skull.

The suspects jumped back into the SUV and sped off.

Police are offering a $22,000 reward for their capture.

I hope they catch these animals and put them away for a long time.

We need to hit congress with the crimes and pictures of the victums of illegal aliens ....and their are thousands!

You and I both know what would happen if a "White Citizens Coalition" were to press Congress for an investigation into 'hate crimes' committed by recent immigrants and illegal aliens against people of Western European Ancestry.

I think NCLR would enjoy those letters as proof their brown supremacist agenda is working.

I think instead what is needed is the NCEA, National Council of European Americans.

If the powers that be ever sign into law a hate crime to protect a specific race or nationality, they would have to include all races or nationalities, yes? This will never happen because the courts would have so many cases pending that it would drag the system to its knee's, yes? Anyone attacked by a person of "different color" would claim "hate crime". I would bet that each time anything happened negatively towards him or her, and I mean anything, the term hate crime would be used, yes? The victim would have to prove it was a hate crime, and if the attacker never said anything about race or nationality, there is only crime, no hate. What does she say about Hispanic VS Hispanic? You see more of that on a daily basis than other races attacking them, yes? Maybe this could be a good thing? It would be like a snake eating itself starting with the tip of the tail, yes?

Right now the only thing they can do is protect a specific "class". If they deem "illegal aliens" as a specific "class", then they must prove the victim is an "illegal alien". They must prove the attacker "knew" the victim was indeed an "illegal alien", and this would include all races or nationalities of "illegal aliens", yes? A good Lawyer would have a field day arguing the reasons the attacker did what he/she did while blaming the lack of enforcement, the economy, personal hardships ET all, and who would be the ultimate plaintiff? Another thing to ponder: We all know of the violence directed at counter-protesters during OBL marches, so should "counter-protesters" be deemed a protected class? This whole concept is a huge can of worms that needs the lid to stay intact to protect those who need it.

I would not put it past la racists to purposefully send out their little soldiers to instigate some form of altercation for the sole purpose of claiming it was a hate crime directed at Hispanic's (or Latino's, or whatever they want to be called now days) just to get it done.

The thing this racist janet person is ignoring about her claim that these attacks are on the rise, is the Hispanic/Latino/Illegal alien numbers are on the rise as well. That alone is the main reason this is happening and she knows it. The extremely few cases on the books right now are isolated cases, and she knows it. I think she also knows that the American people are becoming more and more aware of the exponential increase in illegal aliens, and are becoming less and less forgivable to their presence, ESPECIALLY during the current economy problems that aren't going away anytime soon. She knows the American people (Legal Citizens) are 1 step from seeing her for what she is and is trying to head this off before what happens, happens. She also knows the raids are having at least some effect, the economy is having a larger effect, and she is losing ground and support numbers.

If any "class" of people should be protected by hate crimes, it's the LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZEN simply derived from the number of deaths at the hands of illegal aliens and cowardly Hispanic/Latino/Illegal alien gang bangers.
