Actually it is all wrong. If they are going to payoff the mortgages of those in foreclosure, they need to pay off mine too. We moved into an older fixer upper that we could easily afford. Who needs a 4000 square foot house anyway? That is the size houses the Hispanics in the East Bay had. Of course there were special rules for them at the bank, like no credit checks (how can you check credit scores without a social and know they are accurate?), no proof of income (make up a number, with no social they can't check it) and no proof they are here legally. So it was easy for them to qualify for that million dollar loan. Now they want US to pay for it!

Never, I mean EVER has owning a home been that easy. Except maybe when you just stuck a stick in the ground and said it was yours and used the timber on the land to build it. My daughter went through more than that to RENT a place and have utilities!

They had a program when my parents were young. 20% down, all the qualifications....employment for 5 years, savings etc.....credit cards weren't there then.... and you built it yourself. They laid the foundation and put up the basic structure and you had to build the rest yourself and pass all inspections and do it in 3 mos. My Dad worked 2 jobs, I was 5 and my sister was 1......I mean literally everything was on your own from electric to plumbing to digging your septic tank and the whole deal. Then spend 30+ years paying it off. That was what poor white folks got. That was our break into home ownership.

As I keep stressing all the bailouts are going to illegal aliens as the Bank on Mexifornia scheme, the stimulus package which will be jobs and other benefits for illegal aliens and bailouts for illegal aliens who fraudulently obtained sub prime mortgages and other loans with no documentation, little documentation or fraudulent documents with stolen social security numbers largely contributing to the current housing and credit crashes. Notice how the LaRaza reconquista in chief Murguia said Americans. This is not about Americans which she uses as a cover for illegal aliens as the witch has done everything to ensure open borders including non enforcement of laws to maintain an endless supply of cheap illegal labor while telling unemployed and struggling Americans to screw themselves. Barney Frank besides being one of the principle architects behind the collapse of Fannie and Freddie was the piece of crap that tried to sneak a 25 million dollar earmark for LaRaza into last years Defense Emergency Supplemental in effect placing LaRacist Al Qaeda on the same level as the gallant men and women who are fighting and dying to preserve the very ideals and sovereignty LaRacist Al Qaeda is destroying. This session will turn out to be another "what can we give to LaRaza and screw the taxpayers.........." Where are the hearings for the thousands of veterans including Iraq and Afhganistan losing their homes because they don't have access to adequate health care and other benefits? This is another reason why I do not and never will trust this government. American taxpayers will be forced to subsidize open borders for cheap illegal labor through a trillion dollar illegal alien jobs and benefits giveaway.

If amnesty or Latino only bailout passes I expect all Americans to stop paying taxes!!!!
