If American citizens did that, we would be held lieable for tax fraud. We have laws and you just cant make your own laws.
Illegals, they buy social security cards, and use them, thats fraud, and nothing is done to them.
They can obtain many different alieas, so they can get a large amount of welfare, food stamps section 8 health care, and all the other freebies they can get.
