    U.S. House of Representatives = 218 Republicans, 212 Democrats & 1 Independent

    If 49 Republicans vote as RINOs with the Democrats, it looks like this:

    169 Vote No
    261 Vote Yes

    Don't know how the 1 Independent vote will go ...

    Morse feels assured President Trump will shut this bill down, but I don't feel so confident about that.
