Things are going to start running really well here next week, because most of the important Cabinet members will be confirmed. We have AG, Sec of State, Transportation, Education, Defense, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services so far as of today, and Treasury is scheduled for Monday as I understand it.

HHS can start the action on repeal and replacement of Obamacare of major concern to citizens and businesses.
Treasury can start the action to dispense with tax refunds for illegal aliens and work on the new tax plan of major concern to our businesses.
Homeland Security is already doing a great job.
State is doing a great job.

Need to get the rest confirmed as soon as possible because we can't rely upon these Obama holdovers.

As Cabinet starts getting action and good results, this will all help the politics of confirmation for Gorsuch. I still think Senate will need nuclear option and needs to prepare for that inevitability.
