Thread: Neither Side Cares About Illegal Immigration

Doesn't anyone understand how much this is killing our country? I mean every time your insurance premiums are raised just think of all of the illegal immigrants who are getting free health care. Now, they are granting children of illegal immigrants in-state tuitions; children who should've never been born here to begin with especially if the aliens aren't applying for citizenship, which most are not. These people don't pay federal income taxes. The ideas that Obama and McCain have had on this are a complete joke.

Neither party cares to stop it. That's very apparent.

Not only your health insurance premiums, your auto insurance premiums, any out of pocket healthcare costs, taxes to pay for education (here it's property taxes).

Think about all the things they affect. When illegals get here, the first thing they buy when they get a few dollars is a vehicle. They are not known for purchasing gas savers or hybrids. Many did not own cars in Mexico. Think if we did not have the illegals here, purchasing gas, the price would have to drop.

Food prices are escalating. The purchasing power of the illegals through the food stamps and free food through WIC is helping to keep the prices up. All we hear about illegals and food is the old falsehood that illegal labor is keeping the price of food down - not so. Their are helping to keep the demand up - and the prices up. They are able to compete for the food because our government is taking money from us to give to them to purchase the food.

Many school districts are having to build new buildings because of the influx of the children of illegals. My grandaughter had to share a math book last year and could not bring one home because the school district could not afford to purchase enough books. The district has a lot of children of illegals.

Then do we want to talk about the strain on our already in jeopardy infrastructure in this country. WE have added millions on the water supply and parts of this country are seriously in trouble water wise and it is only going to get worse.

There was a program on TV about a fairly large Texas city and they told of a large number of people who had bypassed the water meter and were getting free water. A reporter when to two or three houses and the people who came to the door all spoke with hispanic accents, or 'no habla'd'. I think we can draw inferences here.

In many towns, the water/sewer/garbage are all on one bill. These people had been defrauding taxpayers out of those charges every month. Their penalty - a whopping $50 'penalty'!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was probably half of one month's bill.

Just think of any aspect of our lives in this country, and it is probably negatively affected by illegal immigration.

Well at least the new Republican platform talks about enforcement and no amnesty.

Talk is cheap.

Some of these people have been up there for many years. They have had plenty of time to do something about it.

Why is it necessary to put something in the platform? Why must they declare they are for enforcing laws? Why didn't they come out and demand the laws be enforced years ago - certainly after the heard how we felt when they tried to pass an amnesty.

Electioneering rhetoric.

One of the main responsibilities of our federal government is to protect our borders which they have failed miserably at. They meddle in areas they have no business in or are pc at the moment.

And each time an American citizen is killed by an illegal it is our federal government's fault for not protecting our citizens.

I so want to know why for decades we do not have secure borders! Why???

The one thing you need to understand in the first place is that our government--all 3 branches, Democrat and Republican alike, are laced with members of the Council on Foreign Relations. This organization is bent on the merging of the US, Mexico and Canada as a major step in creating the New World Order. Many of the non-political members own the mainstream media and this is why candidates like Tom Tancredo, Duncan Hunter and Alan Keyes received very little focus during the presidential campain. The corporate heads that belong to the Chamber of Commerce are working in tandem with the CFR to destroy the middle class of America..and for what? To create a much cheaper workforce aimed at competing with communist nations like China, of whom we shouldn't even be talking to at this point, considering what they have done with their military and technology. Getting the Mexican culture to co-mingle with ours will, as they beleive, make it much easier for the public to accept this new governmental entity when the time comes to announce that our Constitution will no longer be recognized or used to enforce the rule of law.

Secondly, in order to catch the American public off guard (because the public would never approve of such a thing), they must use a stealth approach.
1) They have failed to enforce our existing immigration laws.
2) They keep telling us we need this workforce from Mexico.
3) They will not seal the border
4) The spreading of propaganda by the liberal media the idea of mult-culturalism. Multi-culturalism creates friction between cultures and does not provide a melting pot for assimilation, which is also ignored and not enforced.

To survive, any nation needs a fair amount of isolationism. Our government does not approve of this becuase they claim in infringes on our economy. This means that they put money before our saftey and the well being of our soverignty. There are a host of other strategies.

The government and these two organizations are doing everything they can to forge the North American Union. Both candidates will continue the same stride and have the same goal. There are some politicians that are not playing a part in all of this. Three of their names have already been mentioned. They are the ones that would have put a stop to all of this.

This is, IMO, why illegal immigration is allowed to continue and those who have the power to stop it will not because they are answering to the greedy globalists instead of the American public.

I fear that this is a NO-win situation EITHER way!
