(NaturalNews) "We were among 500 militiamen at the gates [of the BLM cattle compound]. The militia went muzzle to muzzle with BLM. Fingers on triggers, safeties off. We told them we're not backing down and we are prepared to lay our lives on the lines for these principles." -- actual quote relayed to Natural News from an American Citizen who took part in the raid on the BLM cattle compounds to free Bundy's cattle. The BLM later surrendered and evacuated the area, fearing for their lives.

The second American Revolution has begun. You are watching history unfold in real time now, and of course the lamestream media has intentionally decided U.S. history isn't worth covering because, frankly stated, the media is largely run by anti-American interests who absolutely do not want any victory by the People to be broadcast anywhere.

While the U.S. government claims to be supportive of freedom in Kiev or Iraq, it is absolutely terrified of freedom within U.S. borders.

Among big media, only Fox News has dared cover this story with anything resembling responsible reporting, as you can see in this video. The video text says "Govt backs down due to safety concerns." In reality, BLM backed down because they were grossly out-gunned and didn't want to die.

In this video, Fox Radio host Todd Starnes says, "For the past five years, we've seen the American people become increasingly frustrated with these government intrusions into their lives. [A tweet characterized this] as the 1st salvo of the American Revolution."

I couldn't agree more. This was the 1st salvo of the American Revolution, and the framework of the Revolution has now been cast. The People now realize they can defeat tyranny by merely showing up in huge numbers armed mostly with mobile phones and video cameras (plus lawfully-obtained firearms as needed).

What you are seeing here is precisely the reason why the federal government has been pushing so hard to criminalize private firearms ownership. The government knows that as long as citizens own firearms, there is a balance of power in America. When citizens are denied the right to own those firearms, power shifts to those who own the guns (i.e. the government) who can then engage in unlimited tyranny, confiscation, intimidation and violence against the People who are left utterly defenseless.

Patriots emboldened by victory at the Battle of Bunkerville

This victory at Bunkerville is likely to encourage even more people to attend populist rallies such as the upcoming Operation American Spring, where patriots plan a massive march on Washington D.C. to arrest all of Congress and throw them out of office. "[Protesters] will assemble in a peaceful, non-violent, physically unarmed (Spiritually/Constitutionally armed), display of unswerving loyalty to the US Constitution and against the incumbent government leadership in Washington D.C., with the mission to replace with law abiding leadership," says the Operation American Spring website, which calls for this action to begin on May 16th.

This effort is just part of a growing number of planned protests, impeachment proceedings and media events that call for an end of criminal government and a restoration of legitimate, constitutional government. The mainstream media routinely characterizes this movement as being "anti-government," but that's factually incorrect. Nearly everyone in the movement fully supports "constitutional government" and merely seeks to restore it. They see a legitimate role for lawful government but also see today's federal government as lawless and out of control, in desperate need of reform.

When the BLM even has access to snipers, helicopters and hundreds of armed men, it makes you scratch your head and wonder why there is such a push for militarization across today's federal government. Even Mother Jones, a populist publisher typically leaning toward the left, has become alarmed at the rapid escalation of military hardware among U.S. law enforcement. The Battle of Bunkerville won without firing a single shot

What's truly commendable in the recent showdown at Bundy Ranch is the amazing discipline and integrity demonstrated by armed American citizens who did not fire a single shot during this encounter.

This must be noted in the history books: that armed citizens not only held their ground; they also held their fire! They did not seek needless bloodshed, nor did they allow it to happen. They simply stated their principles and held firm to them regardless of the outcome. Those principles were:

1) BLM is operating unlawfully and in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
2) We the People will no longer stand for federal tyranny and the theft of Bundy's cattle.
3) We are lawfully armed and willing to use force as a last resort (but seek no violence).
4) We are willing to die for these principles. You must leave or we will open fire.

When these four points are explained to any agency -- including the BLM -- the People have already won. Because at that point, the feds have only two choices: 1) Surrender and back down, or 2) Unleash massive violence and bloodshed (and die en masse).

Option 2 doesn't equal a "win" for the federal government. In fact, option 2 would most likely set off armed revolutionary marches and backlash operations across the entire nation. If Bunkerville had become a slaughter of anyone (citizens or BLM agents), it would have set off a series of actions which simply could not be contained by the federal government, even with an invocation of Martial Law.

Also at stake are the 2014 elections. Had BLM initiated a shooting war in Nevada, it would have strongly rallied conservatives to vote against oppressive government in the upcoming elections. No doubt a call from Washington told BLM to back off for political reasons. After all, they can always return and SWAT-team Cliven Bundy and his family after the elections are done. The march of tyranny is in no real hurry.



Rural America is fed up with government tyranny, confiscation and theft

People who watch a lot of CNN are wholly out of touch with the level of pent-up frustration and outrage that exists across much of America right now. People are losing their jobs, losing their health insurance, losing their homes and losing their freedoms. The disastrous policies of U.S. lawmakers have thrust tens of millions of Americans into situations where they literally have nothing left to lose. Believe it or not, a great many people have reached the point where they are willing to die in the protection of principle and what they see as "the heart and soul of America."

Government tyrants never understand this because they do not understand principles. They operate primarily on power, domination and threats of violence. That's why the BLM brought snipers, helicopters and 200 armed agents to a tortoise dispute.

As revealed in the secret audio recording obtained by Natural News (featuring BLM director Dan Love threatening Pete Santilli with arrest), today's government operates almost entirely on coercion and the threat of violence against innocent Americans who refuse to kowtow to tyranny. That's also why California raw milk man James Stewart was raided at gunpoint and thrown in jail for distributing fresh milk to health-conscious consumers. It's why Americans are being arrested and threatened all across the country for growing their own home gardens. And it's the same reason why Cliven Bundy was threatened with extreme violence by the BLM for refusing to surrender to their demands that he pay over $1 million in "grazing fees" for land his family has been working since the 1870's.

The next clash may turn violent

Where this is all headed, by the way, is toward an extremely violent clash between an arrogant, incensed federal government and emboldened American patriots who now have momentum (and history) on their side.

Sadly, my prediction is that the next such clash will see neither side willing to back down, and it will very likely result in bloodshed. The feds, you see, can never allow themselves to appear overpowered, especially not by a group of people they consider to be "subjects" of the empire. No doubt the feds are right now engineering a plan to reassert power over the Bundy Ranch battleground through the use of extreme force or threat of violence.

Be on the lookout for a staged false flag event, where government agents shoot some of their own people and then blame it on citizen protesters. Staged events have always been used throughout history to provide public justification for cracking down on groups that oppose government interests. Definition: "False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as if they are being carried out by other entities." The history of the U.S. government is, of course, rife with numerous false flag plans such as Operation Northwoods in which declassified government documents state, "We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation."

While the mainstream media mocks anyone who cites factual U.S. history on such matters, the undeniable truth is that the U.S. government drew up detailed, classified plans to stage a massive wave of false flag events against Cuba. From pages 10-11 of declassified documents, here's what the U.S. government planned to do as a false flag operation against Cuba, written in the government's own words:

A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned to take place in and around Guantanamo to give genuine appearance of being done by hostile Cuban forces.

A. Incidents to establish a credible attack:
(1) Start rumors (many). Use clandestine radio.
(2) Land friendly Cubans in uniform "over-the-fence" to stage attack on base.
(3) Capture Cuban (friendly) saboteurs inside the base.
(4) Start riots near the base main gate (friendly Cubans).
(5) Blow up ammunition inside the base: start fires.
(6) Burn aircraft on air base (sabotage).
(7) Lob mortar shells from outside of base into base.
(8) Capture assault teams approaching from the sea or vicinity of Guantanamo City.
(9) Capture militia group which storms base.
(10) Sabotage ship in harbor; large fires -- naphthalene.
(11) Sink ship near harbor entrance. Conduct funerals for mock-victims.

A "Remember the Maine" incident could be arranged: We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation. We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.

So have no illusions that the federal government is capable of when it comes to staging things for political purposes. Whether a false flag event is set up by the feds is anyone's guess, but for the moment, the People have achieved a remarkable victory against tyranny. The Battle of Bunkerville was won without a single shot being fired. The People stood their ground and the government backed down.

Alternative media dominates coverage, upstages lamestream media

The entire story was spearheaded and shaped by alternative media, with the mainstream media snoozing on the job and discrediting itself by pretending none of this ever happened. Social media rapidly propelled this story beyond the ability of the government to control it, and this above all things has the BLM utterly outraged.

They are extremely angry that they cannot control the narrative. And the mainstream media is baffled by their inability to suppress this story. What has really come out of this is a new era of citizen journalism and grassroots activism: when faced with tyranny, the People will spontaneously report the news, share the news and handily beat the media at its own game. This has now been demonstrated and proven beyond all doubt.

The only way for the federal government to stop this is to shut down Facebook, shut down Twitter and essentially seize the internet. While there are surely plans in place to do exactly that, such a move would undeniably cement the U.S. government as a totalitarian regime on equal footing with North Korea or Communist China. And while today's government in many ways operates just like North Korea -- complete with secret military torture camps and widespread surveillance of citizens -- it cannot afford the public perceiving it as such. So shutting down the internet is only a last-ditch "nuclear option" that's extremely unlikely to ever be invoked.

Honestly, I don't know why the feds haven't tried to hire alternative media leaders to provide them with intelligent assessments of developing situations. Everybody knows the smartest people in media today are found in alternative media. Most mainstream media reporters don't engage in real investigations anymore, so they've become cognitively lazy. Who needs to ask questions when the White House hands you all the scripted answers up front?

Heck, I'd be happy to tell the feds -- for free! -- what they really need to do in order to avoid violence, but I doubt they want to hear my answers: Obey the Constitution, respect the People and stop using threats of violence against Americans. Why is this so difficult for the feds to understand? They swore an oath to the Constitution... why is it so difficult for them to keep that oath?

Alternative media upstages lamestream media in world-class coverage of historic Bundy Ranch showdown

(NaturalNews) One of the most extraordinary stories in the history of American journalism took place this last week, and the mainstream (liberal) media was AWOL the entire time. An historical showdown between heavily armed federal agents (BLM) and armed American citizens unfolded near Bunkerville, Nevada, where the Bundy family announced they were taking a stand against a federal land grab and cattle theft operation masterminded by federal agents working at the BLM.

The showdown ended in a complete victory for Citizens vs. government tyranny as the feds effectively surrendered, announced their evacuation and agreed to release all the cattle they had stolen. See the photo below for a snapshot of the history the mainstream media stupidly decided to ignore.

Mainstream media was ordered to ignore the story - and they complied

What's so astonishing about all this is that the mainstream media seems to have dispatched zero reporters to the scene and went to great lengths to downplay the reality of the situation as it unfolded. In doing this, the media lost massive credibility with the U.S. public, because it's now clear there was a directive -- almost certainly from the White House -- that commanded media organizations to ignore the story or spin it with outright lies.

Meanwhile, alternative media -- citizen journalists -- made history by broadcasting live video from the Bundy ranch, posting video updates every few hours and conducting groundbreaking original research that uncovered the real story behind BLM's cover story that they were "saving tortoises."

More importantly, alternative media actually helped shape the story by spreading the call for citizens to join the effort while simultaneously appealing for calm. It was this massive citizen response -- powered by activists sharing stories across the 'net -- that ultimately led to the defeat and surrender of the BLM. In fact, I was one of the journalists who warned that if the BLM didn't back down, it could result in a slaughter... of BLM agents. (I also publicly called for calm and asked for cooler heads to prevail.)



This is a turning point in the rise of alternative media and the rapid decline of lamestream media

What's really clear in all this is that the mainstream media just embarrassed itself beyond belief while simultaneously losing huge numbers of viewers. CNN was covering some guy's international food adventures while independent media people like Pete Santilli (GuerillaMediaNetwork.com) were on the scene at the Bundy Ranch and broadcasting live reports to the world.

Video news organizations like Next News Network with Gary Franchi were pounding YouTube with video update and exclusive interviews with people on the scene. Click here for a complete playlist of all the videos Gary posted over the last several days.

Matt Drudge of DrudgeReport.com was headlining key developments in the story, driving enormous traffic to alternative media sources that dared to report the truth of what was unfolding.

Adam Kokesh from Adam Vs. the Man was booking guests, slamming home remarkable interviews and getting massive eyeballs on YouTube for his outstanding work. See his YouTube channel here.

Organizations like Natural News and InfoWars were conducting original research and posting factual stories that went super-viral, clocking in 20K or more Facebook shares in mere hours. One story by Infowars reporter Kit Daniels became the most viral news story of the day, surpassing every mainstream news organization on the planet.

(My apologies if I've left other alternative news organizations out of the list. I'm trying to be as inclusive as possible, but there's a lot to keep track of, too...)

What did the mainstream media do in the meantime? They snoozed on the job and lost viewers and readers en masse because they refused to cover this historical, groundbreaking story. Readers, viewers and fans leapt to alternative media sources in record numbers, and many are still scratching their heads, wondering why CNN, WashPost or the NYT didn't give this story the coverage it clearly deserved. (Answer: They are no longer real news organizations. They are propaganda outlets for corporate and government interests.)

In fact, it was alternative media -- with the relentless help of grassroots liberty lovers who tweeted, posted and shared the stories and videos -- that drove this story into the consciousness of the American people. This is what ultimately led to BLM announcing a surrender and releasing the cattle they had stolen from the Bundy family.

This ain't no Waco, Oklahoma City or 9/11

What sets all this apart from massacres like Waco, Oklahoma City or 9/11? The fact that in all those cases, government had near-total control over the media coverage and therefore could construct the false narratives to be broadcast to the masses.

All three of those events took place long before the rise of social media and the modern-day phenomenon of rapid sharing of videos, photos and articles.

Today, alternative media can share the truth faster than the government can suppress it. (And if you don't think the government suppressed many truths about Waco, Oklahoma City and 9/11, you're wildly uninformed.)

This story at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, in other words, got away from the feds before they could control the narrative. Oh, they tried of course. There are reports that cell towers were shut down to prevent citizen journalists from completing phone calls and sending photos. The feds also shut down the air space around the ranch, commanding the FAA to issue an air traffic "blackout" to prevent citizen journalists from using airplanes and helicopters to monitor the situation.

They were too late, however. A pilot had already done a flyover and exposed the BLM's bovine concentration camps, which the agency had desperately tried to hide from the public.

Citizen journalists also snagged the video of BLM personnel ordering attack dogs to attack innocent bystanders. In this video, I provided absolute video proof that the BLM was the aggressor, yet the mainstream media stupidly reported this as protesters "attacking a police dog and assaulting law enforcement officers."

Mainstream media is reserved for those who are incredibly gullible

The bottom line is that the mainstream media thinks you are incredibly stupid and will buy anything they say, no matter how illogical or irrational it might be. What the alternative media has now proven is that the mainstream media is largely irrelevant. It matters nothing what they print or broadcast. The people who are informed know it's all lies, and the mind-numbed propaganda victims who still watch shows like CNN and MSNBC are irrelevant to the march of history anyway.

Real history is being shaped, investigated and reported by the alternative media. We are the ones who have no big corporate sponsors and no million-dollar budgets, but we have the hearts and minds and passion for truth and justice that drives our work to levels of authenticity that the mainstream media can never hope to attain... regardless of production budgets.

The research uncovered by Kit Daniels at Infowars is also world-class journalism. Kit deserves to be nominated for some sort of journalism award for that article, and follow-up articles by Paul Joseph Watson were also outstanding. This is the kind of work the Washington Post used to do a generation ago when it was an institution of journalism instead of a shameless political mouthpiece for the White House, but today Washington Post reporters know they will never be allowed to cover the stories that really matter because such stories are declared off limits by the powers that be.

Why the rise of alternative media means the fall of fake mainstream media

For once-grand institutions of news reporting like the New York Times and the Washington Post, the era of honest journalism conducted in the public interest is a long-faded shadow. Today, mainstream media exists solely to catapult corporate propaganda and fill the minds of the American people with useless drivel as a distraction from the real history bring shaped around them.

In fact, internet-savvy viewers and readers of today automatically distrust any news reporter who is obviously reading a teleprompter. If there's a teleprompter involved, it's obviously scripted news. And if it's scripted news, it's probably pure bunk.

Real journalism isn't scripted. Today's viewers would rather see an honest person with a rag-tag wardrobe reporting the news on the side of the road than from a person with a million-dollar smile and a thousand-dollar suit reporting from a flash-and-dazzle studio by reading a teleprompter. Everybody knows the teleprompter news is fake. Everybody knows the "news barbie" who was hired for her good looks has no real clue what she's even reading or saying. Everybody knows the mainstream media is far more interested in BLOCKING important stories than reporting them.

And if mainstream news organizations don't change, they will continue to plummet in viewership and revenues. Already, MSNBC -- owned in part by Microsoft -- is a pathetic shadow of a failed news organization. CNN discredits itself by the hour while Fox News consistently steals its market share and gains ground with viewers.

The NYT is incessantly on the verge of bankruptcy, it seems, and the Washington Post only survives because it was bought by Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos, a true genius of a business man without whom the organization was utterly doomed.

Everywhere you turn in mainstream media, the suits are desperately trying to look and act like independent media, but they can never quite pull it off. MSNBC's hopelessly disastrous rollout of Ronan Farrow is a case in point: the guy can't seem to place a string of words into a coherent sequence even when he does have a teleprompter! Throw this guy in the middle of the Nevada desert on the Bundy Ranch story, and he would probably wet himself on camera. Especially if he saw somebody wearing camo.

Meanwhile, veterans of alternative media like Pete Santilli, David Knight (from InfoWars) and even myself never use teleprompters and we can carry hours-long broadcasts without missing a beat, regardless of the difficulty of the situation. Why? Because we've got brains and passion for real news.

Truth be told, alternative media superstars are absolute geniuses compared to the boobs shown on mainstream news channels. (And I mean that both figuratively and literally.)

On top of that, we do what we do out of sheer passion alone, without any million-dollar contracts, corporate sponsors or publicity agents. We report the truth for the only reason under which journalism should ever be practiced in the first place: because the People have the right to know what's happening in the world around them. And it's the alternative media that now appears to have the exclusive credibility to bring it to them.

America, on Saturday we witnessed an amazing thing. The efforts of likeminded patriots who are fed up with the federal government's usurpation of our sovereign authority paid off as the feds were forced to back off the Bundy ranch. Not only was there a significant number of people who responded by showing up in person, while thousands of others headed in that direction, the efforts of the new media played a role as well. Many writers were on top of this situation ready to write on the latest developments, including the revelation that Harry Reid was involved with the Chinese, selling them land so they could build their own solar power plants. There is no doubt this effort kept the boots on the ground informed of the latest intelligence. All in all, it was an amazing effort on the part of the patriots to let the federal leviathan know that we have had enough, period. Unfortunately, I am going to have to agree with Tim Brown and say that the illusion of the feds backing off was just that, an illusion.

Many of us realize that this situation is likely far from over. We will see another escalation over this situation for sure, especially if the part about Reid and the Chinese is true. What bothers me the most about this situation America is the fact that there are people who see no wrong in the federal government's actions. There are people who believe the government narrative that Bundy deserved this because he owed back taxes. That is indicative of the many topics I generally write about concerning the indoctrination that takes place in public schools. While there were many patriots who were actively involved on the internet, there were also those that were literally calling for the government to wipe out the protesters. For these people, the government is the end all be all authority in their lives, and because they have likely become completely dependent upon government entitlements, they will never question their motivations. Also, as I have pointed out in my article A crisis that will not be going to waste, this situation is certainly going to contribute to the ongoing global efforts to disarm American citizens. Tim Brown cites an investigator who is making the same claim. Finally, never forget that the federal government issued this report which calls people defending the constitution, terrorists. It is highly likely that this event is just a warm up in the end game of discrediting and dehumanizing the patriot movement.

I wanted to talk about the Bureau of Land Management and the fact that, like other alphabet agencies, it is an unconstitutional entity. It is unconstitutional in the sense that nowhere in the Constitution does the federal government have the power to create such agencies that are unaccountable to the people. In fact the Bureau of Land Management, according to Godlike productions, is considered an agent of foreign principle, meaning that they have no loyalty whatsoever to the United States and are, in fact, working for foreign entities. Just who does this unconstitutional government agency owe its allegiance to? According to Steve Quayle it is a London military banking cartel known as the Crown Corporation. Let me say this again, it is an English banking cartel that is issuing orders to many of these agencies.

If this is true, it would essentially prove the idea of a one world government conspiracy. As sovereign United States citizens we are under no obligation to follow unconstitutional laws. We are the authority the government draws its governing power from, and I don't remember telling them to give my sovereignty, my rights and my country over to Communist entities like this banking cartel, or the U.N. for that matter. I wrote in an article entitled Liberty depends upon "informed" consent of the governed that the Constitution allows for a process of change and only by giving government consent do they have authority to change it. Silence is just as good a sign of consent than anything else folks. By not exercising your constitutional responsibilities to defend liberty and hold government accountable, you are giving them permission to usurp your God given rights to self-governance. For those of you who believe you will be safe and snug because you never questioned government when this whole thing comes crashing down just remember this; when they came for the gypsy's I said nothing because I wasn't a gypsy, when they came for the Jews I said nothing because I wasn't a Jew. When they finally came for me, there was no one left to say anything at all.

Bundy relies on NRS 321.59 which has not been fully adjudicated. NRS 321.596 Legislative findings. The Legislature finds that:
1. The State of Nevada has a strong moral claim upon the public land retained by the Federal Government within Nevada’s borders because:
(a) On October 31, 1864, the Territory of Nevada was admitted to statehood on the condition that it forever disclaim all right and title to unappropriated public land within its boundaries;
(b) From 1850 to 1894, newly admitted states received 2 sections of each township for the benefit of common schools, which in Nevada amounted to 3.9 million acres;
(c) In 1880 Nevada agreed to exchange its 3.9-million-acre school grant for 2 million acres of its own selection from public land in Nevada held by the Federal Government;
(d) At the time the exchange was deemed necessary because of an immediate need for public school revenues and because the majority of the original federal land grant for common schools remained unsurveyed and unsold;
(e) Unlike certain other states, such as New Mexico, Nevada received no land grants from the Federal Government when Nevada was a territory;
(f) Nevada received no land grants for insane asylums, schools of mines, schools for the blind and deaf and dumb, normal schools, miners’ hospitals or a governor’s residence as did states such as New Mexico; and
(g) Nevada thus received the least amount of land, 2,572,478 acres, and the smallest percentage of its total area, 3.9 percent, of the land grant states in the Far West admitted after 1864, while states of comparable location and soil, namely Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, received approximately 11 percent of their total area in federal land grants.
2. The State of Nevada has a legal claim to the public land retained by the Federal Government within Nevada’s borders because:
(a) In the case of the State of Alabama, a renunciation of any claim to unappropriated lands similar to that contained in the ordinance adopted by the Nevada constitutional convention was held by the Supreme Court of the United States to be “void and inoperative” because it denied to Alabama “an equal footing with the original states” in Pollard v. Hagan, 44 U.S. (3 How.) 212 (1845);
(b) The State of Texas, when admitted to the Union in 1845, retained ownership of all unappropriated land within its borders, setting a further precedent which inured to the benefit of all states admitted later “on an equal footing”; and
(c) The Northwest Ordinance of 1787, adopted into the Constitution of the United States by the reference of Article VI to prior engagements of the Confederation, first proclaimed the “equal footing” doctrine, and the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, by which the territory including Nevada was acquired from Mexico and which is “the supreme law of the land” by virtue of Article VI, affirms it expressly as to the new states to be organized therein.
3. The exercise of broader control by the State of Nevada over the public lands within its borders would be of great public benefit because:
(a) Federal holdings in the State of Nevada constitute 86.7 percent of the area of the State, and in Esmeralda, Lincoln, Mineral, Nye and White Pine counties the Federal Government controls from 97 to 99 percent of the land;
(b) Federal jurisdiction over the public domain is shared among 17 federal agencies or departments which adds to problems of proper management of land and disrupts the normal relationship between a state, its residents and its property;
(c) None of the federal lands in Nevada are taxable and Federal Government activities are extensive and create a tax burden for the private property owners of Nevada who must meet the needs of children of Federal Government employees, as well as provide other public services;
(d) Under general land laws only 2.1 percent of federal lands in Nevada have moved from federal control to private ownership;
(e) Federal administration of the retained public lands, which are vital to the livestock and mining industries of the State and essential to meet the recreational and other various uses of its citizens, has been of uneven quality and sometimes arbitrary and capricious; and
(f) Federal administration of the retained public lands has not been consistent with the public interest of the people of Nevada because the Federal Government has used those lands for armament and nuclear testing thereby rendering many parts of the land unusable and unsuited for other uses and endangering the public health and welfare.
4. The intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States was to guarantee to each of the states sovereignty over all matters within its boundaries except for those powers specifically granted to the United States as agent of the states.
5. The attempted imposition upon the State of Nevada by the Congress of the United States of a requirement in the enabling act that Nevada “disclaim all right and title to the unappropriated public lands lying within said territory,” as a condition precedent to acceptance of Nevada into the Union, was an act beyond the power of the Congress of the United States and is thus void.
6. The purported right of ownership and control of the public lands within the State of Nevada by the United States is without foundation and violates the clear intent of the Constitution of the United States.
7. The exercise of such dominion and control of the public lands within the State of Nevada by the United States works a severe, continuous and debilitating hardship upon the people of the State of Nevada.

Michele Fiore Urges BLM to Stand Down

Assemblywoman Michele Fiore issued the following statement Wednesday in response to the Bureau of Land Management’s aggressive campaign against Cliven Bundy in East Clark County.


The BLM needs to stand down their roundup efforts before someone gets hurt. There is no reason why the situation should have escalated this dangerously, and the BLM has over-reached in the size of the closure that is disrupting access to roads, water and electricity.


I implore BLM to reopen the dialogue with the Bundy’s and find a solution that will not impose on theirs or any other Nevadan’s constitutional rights. Grazing is a critical part of Nevada’s economy and limits the risk of natural disasters, including fires.


I am deeply concerned as a Nevadan that our federal government would come in and police our state and aggressively go after Mr. Bundy, and I fear that if the BLM does not stop their roundup someone will get hurt, and Mr. Bundy’s livelihood may be irreparably harmed.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Senator Harry Reid recognized nine years ago that connections between his official duties and the lobbying activities of his relatives could lead to ethical questions.
In 2003, the Nevada Democrat publicly banned relatives from lobbying him or his staff after newspaper reports showed that Nevada industries and institutions routinely turned to Reid's sons or son-in-law for representation.
Now, questions surrounding family ties are flaring again in Nevada around the Senate majority leader. He and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert.
Reid has been one of the project's most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada. His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.
Craig Holman, a lobbyist for the non-partisan advocacy group Public Citizen, said the senator is dealing with "an iffy ethical landscape" because of the family connections and should recuse himself from the project. "Is this just happening because ... it benefits the Reid family, or did Harry Reid actually believe in this?" Holman said.
The senator has supported numerous clean energy projects in Nevada. Rory Reid cites energy as one of his specialty areas at the law firm.
The two Reids deny discussing the ENN project.
"I have never discussed the project with my father or his staff," said Rory Reid. Kristen Orthman, a spokeswoman for the senator, said he had not discussed the project with his son.
The Langfang, China-based ENN Energy Group hopes to build what would be the largest solar energy complex in America. The site chosen with Rory Reid's guidance is in tiny Laughlin, Nevada, a gambling town of 7,300 along the Colorado River, 90 miles south of Las Vegas.
County officials have said that they were so thrilled to recruit a company to the area, with the prospect of thousands of new local jobs, that they were eager to negotiate.
ENN is headed by Chinese energy tycoon Wang Yusuo, who made a fortune estimated by Forbes at $2.2 billion distributing natural gas in China. Wang escorted Reid and a delegation of nine other U.S. senators on a tour of the company's clean energy operations in Langfang, and Reid featured Wang as a speaker at his 4th annual National Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas last year.
NEVADA'S LARGEST LAW FIRM
To advance the Nevada project, ENN retained the state's largest and most prestigious law firm - Lionel Sawyer & Collins, where Rory Reid works. It is headed by Richard Bryan, a former Nevada attorney general, governor and member of the U.S. Senate.
Rory Reid faced a one-year cooling off period from lobbying the Clark County commission after leaving his post in January 2011, and Bryan took the lead on ENN's negotiations with the county.
Since the one-year ban expired, Rory Reid has been ENN's primary representative before the county, according to Steve Sisolak, the board's vice chairman.
Rory Reid acknowledged representing ENN at both the county and state levels since January. He declined to discuss the project otherwise.
Two months after Harry Reid's China trip, Lionel Sawyer registered ENN Mohave Energy LLC as an American subsidiary of the Chinese company. The firm negotiated with the county to buy the land rather than lease it, as the county's staff had recommended.
In December, Clark County commissioners voted unanimously to sell up to 9,000 acres of public land to the subsidiary at pennies on the dollar.
The deal spurred local controversy. Separate appraisals valued the land at $29.6 million and $38.6 million. The commission agreed to sell it to ENN for $4.5 million.
The county did build in certain conditions before the project could begin, including milestones for jobs creation and investment. ENN also must assure the county that it has a power company willing to commit to buying energy from the solar farm. But in the eight months since the commissioners approved the deal, no utility has signed a power purchase agreement.
However, Harry Reid stepped up again.
The Democrat recently used an online discussion related to his annual energy summit for an as-yet unsuccessful effort to pressure Nevada's largest power company, NV Energy, to sign up as ENN's first customer.
In the July 30 discussion, Reid said the project "would start tomorrow if NV Energy would purchase the power." The utility controls "95 percent of all of the electricity that is produced in Nevada and they should go along with this." Reid's online comments were first reported by the Las Vegas Review Journal.
The power company responded by saying it had exceeded its minimum renewable energy requirements both last year and this year, though it would consider buying power from ENN in the future. A spokesman for NV Energy declined to discuss the matter further.
Bryan, the head of the law firm, did not return repeated phone calls and emails.
An official with ENN in Langfang did not respond to emails.
In 2007, after a controversy over the number of lawmaker relatives engaged in lobbying, Congress passed the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act, sharply restricting the lobbying activities of close relatives of members of Congress.
The law only applies to registered lobbyists and Rory Reid is not registered as a federal lobbyist in Washington or a state lobbyist in Nevada, according to records in both jurisdictions.

China, allied with Russia, is in the process of taking over the United States, or should I say that our public officials are giving away the country to them. In the following paragraphs, the analysis is limited to Chinese based interests, but the same could be said for the Russians as well.
In my previous article, it was clearly demonstrated that the Chinese are preparing, among other things, to assume control of supplying America’s energy needs at a cost that they deem appropriate. It is a simple business proposition. They own our debt, we have defaulted and they are here to be compensated.

The Giveaway of American Energy to the Chinese

The Bundy affair affirmed the fact that Chinese are being handed control of solar energy inside the United States and that this is being facilitated by Senator Harry Reid. The takeover of American energy is being manifested on many fronts, but in particular, it is being concentrated on the takeover of the solar industry in the new Agenda 21 designation with the so-called “Solar Energy Zones”.

These Solar Energy Zones are appearing in multiple locations in such places as Southwestern Arizona, Barstow, CA. and Victorville, CA., and now I am receiving on te ground reports from Colorado and Utah as well. These designated Solar Energy Zones have very similar variables in common. The following chart indicates that the debt compensation will consist of complete control of the solar industry and will be expanded to other energy sources (e.g. hydroelectric and nuclear power). Again, here is a chart which demonstrates the commonalities shared by these Solar Energy Zones.

Further, the above chart indicates that the Chinese will control a good portion of American transportation. The proximity of Solar Energy Zones to the Canamex Highway Corridor system speaks to this intent. There is also a military aspect of this that should jump out at the reader and this will be discussed in detail in the next part in this series.

Long Beach

If one thinks that the location of these Solar Energy Zones next to a Canamex, or planned Canamex Highway Corridor system is a coincidence, they should take a close look at what is happening at Long Beach, CA.
The control of the American transportation system is no more pronounced than it is in Long Beach, CA. The deep water port at Long Beach is the only of its type on the West Coast. And this country’s government has GIVEN AWAY the Long Beach deep water port to the Chinese. The giveaway of both the military installation and the deep water port goes live next year in 2015.

Grid Ex II

The Chinese were recently on American soil and were invited to participate in the recently completed Grid EX II drill. This is the height of either stupidity or treason. In the last several months, the Chinese have threatened to nuke us over our intentions to invade Syria and Iran, and then we subsequently let them see the vulnerabilities of our power grid by allowing them to participate in the Grid Ex II drill in November of 2013 in which DHS practiced for a simulated takedown of the American power grid by an EMP weapon? Does anyone else think this is insane in that we would give the knowledge of the inner workings of our power grid to the Chinese, our enemy? However, the Chinese presence on American soil for Grid EX II is just a foothold in relation to what is coming.
The Chinese are being shown how to control entire energy grid of the United States. You don’t believe it? Then explain why they had access to highly secure areas, during the Grid Ex II drill, and now know how to bring down the grid with a computer key stroke. Will this become the false flag event that will bring on martial law which will be enforced by foreign assets? At one time, this would have been dismissed as idle speculation, but in today’s political climate it is a real possibility.
I swallowed hard as I write these words, because I know this spells the end of America as we know it because we are about to living under new management. If you doubt this, then please reread the preceding paragraphs . The Solar Energy Zones are located in proximity to major energy sources for a reason and now it appears clear as to why this is true. However, it is not just the Solar Energy Zones that we have to worry about.

Harry Reid Is Not the Only Traitor

This plot is bigger than the Solar Energy Zones. According to World Net Daily and Joseph Farah, there are a total of 10 named United States Senators now known to be involved with the special trip Harry Reid made to China in 2011 supposedly to invite Chinese investment in the United States. According to Farah, this is a clever scheme to sell off below market value valuable land, mineral, and water rights to communist China so they can set up “large investment zones” within America owned and controlled by communist China corporations which are only accountable to China’s government.

Farah identified the other nine senators as Richard Shelby, R-Ala.; Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.; Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Mike Enzi, R-Wyo.; Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.; Johnny Isakson, R-Ga.; Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.; and Michael Bennet, D-Colo.

The Farah article also made mention of a series of Chinese incursions into the American energy domain as reported by the Wall Street Journal on March 6, 2012. The state-by-state list of the $17 billion in oil and natural gas equity interests CNOOC and Sinopec have acquired in the United States since 2010.

• “Colorado: CNOOC gained a one-third stake in 800,000 acres in northeast Colorado and southwest Wyoming in a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy Corporation.
  
• Louisiana: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 265,000 acres in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale after a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
  
• Michigan: Sinopec gained a one-third interest in 350,000 acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
  
• Ohio: Sinopec acquired a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 235,000 Utica Shale acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal.
  
• Oklahoma: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 215,000 acres in a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.
  
• Texas: CNOOC acquired a one-third interest in Chesapeake Energy’s 600,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale in a $2.16-billion deal.
  
• Wyoming: CNOOC has a one-third stake in northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming after a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy. Sinopec gained a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 320,000 acres as part of a larger $2.5-billion deal”.
  

The Wall Street Journal article concluded this is partial payment to the Chinese for our debt. And please believe me when I say that this payment to the Chinese is only the very small tip of the iceberg for what is coming.

Conclusion

Mr. Farah is to be congratulated for making this major connection to the Bundy Affair. This information also explains “the why” which underlies these Solar Energy Zones.
This information also matches what researcher Vicky Davis has been saying, but Davis goes one step further than Mr. Farah. Vicky states that at designated Inland Ports, there are massive amounts of Chinese troops operating within these ports. Vicky Davis and Cassandra Anderson will be my guests on the talk show on April 27th to discuss these and other related points. Perhaps the fact that these Solar Energy Zones are located next to a large military installation will not begin to get the country’s attention.
The military threat posed by this treason will be explored in the next part in this series.
