It appears that there are 2 "separate" functions in the senate , This is what McCain was trying to figure out (I'm sure he knew since hes been there for a 100 years)

It appears there is a "Legislative" session which is what they will use tomorrow for dadt and dream

What they are in right now with the start treaty is an "executive" session , or vice versa , Different rules apply to each of these.

I'm still "leaning" but it appears the place is a rats nest of different rules and functions ,

They make it a lot harder than it needs to be

The facts of this idiot treaty are , We have 5k nukes and the russians have 5 k nukes

only about a couple hundred could wipe out the whole shebang

Kerry was trying to rush this and Kyl threw it in his face that they would have plenty of time if they were not screwing with carp like the dream act

Also just fyi , Senator Sessions is very very smart on this Start treaty

He is not a one trick pony , I like the guy , he should run for pres
He has more common sense than most of them
