Here's the law you need to be aware of. There's a clause in it that provides for an out if it is ever determined that educating illegal children has become too expensive or a detriment to the education of our own children.

The whole thing is just wrong to begin with ,

For one the constitution does not give the feds any power of education in the first place.

This case needs to be recalled to the SC
Illegal aliens have totally ruined most of the education in this country along with lib touchy feely policies.
